Skin analysis and skincare treatment subscription
I recently signed up for this skin analysis and personalized skincare treatment thing with Skin + Me. The staff was super helpful when I first talked to them, and the guy who helped me out took my pictures and said everything was good to go on my end. But then, I got an email with the subject line 'It's time for your unfiltered photos.' It didn't really explain anything, so I don't know if something went wrong with my pictures or if they just sent the email by accident.

Wheeled briefcase bag with manufacturing fault
I just bought this wheeled briefcase bag, and it's super convenient, but the main handle has this major flaw. Even though it's supposed to have a "Lifetime" warranty, the handle, which is attached with flimsy plastic, snapped off when I was just using it like normal. It made the whole bag useless, so I contacted the company to get it fixed, but I was pretty let down by their response.

Missing items from order
I bought some stuff recently and got most of it, but two things were missing from my order. Everything else came when it was supposed to and what I did get looked awesome. The colors were spot on and they fit perfectly. But not getting the other items was a letdown because I was really excited about them. I'd totally give a 5-star rating if it weren't for those missing pieces.

I ordered three boxes from this place and they all arrived late for the holidays. I mean, who wants a Thanksgiving bong after Thanksgiving is already gone, right? Not me, that's for sure! And then they tried to charge me for a box I didn't even want or order. So not cool. On top of all that, there was drama about bonus gifts I was supposed to receive but never did.
