I recently bought a skincare product from this company hoping it would finally help clear up my annoying acne. I had tried a bunch of other treatments with no luck, so I figured I'd give this company a shot as a last-ditch effort. I recently signed up for this skin analysis and personalized skincare treatment thing with Skin + Me. The staff was super helpful when I first talked to them, and the guy who helped me out took my pictures and said everything was good to go on my end. But then, I got an email with the subject line 'It's time for your unfiltered photos.' It didn't really explain anything, so I don't know if something went wrong with my pictures or if they just sent the email by accident.

I gotta tell you, this survey at this place is no joke. It's super thorough, asking about my skin type and even my daily routines.
