Picked it up after a co-worker showed it to me — been using it for years now. Feels solid on my skin, not fussy, so I actually stick with it. Customer support fixed a subscription mess and even refunded me once when I messed up — grateful.
Came recommended, turned risky
I first saw this when a friend sent a link to a monthly prescription subscription; sounded convenient. Used tretinoin for three months and on the third month something went wrong — intense retinol-like burn, flaky skin and bright red patches. I stopped it three weeks ago and it’s still not healed. Feels like a dosing or manufacturing slip; hard to trust a mass-produced Rx when reactions happen. I regret signing up. Use carefully and maybe check dose with your doc before trying, seriously.
Weird wake-up charge
double-check account settings, maybe block the card if you’re unsure. I wish they made cancellations clearer, that’s all.
Surprise subscription, but relieved
I signed up a few days ago to try the cheap $4.99 bundle and at first it worked fine — content loaded fast, overall felt smooth. Didn’t realize it would auto-enroll me in a recurring plan though, which was annoying. Cancelling was clunky so I called my bank, but they emailed back saying the subscription’s cancelled, and I’m glad it worked out in the end.
Nice find, shipping not so much
deliveries showed up late or just didn't come, and every time I asked for a re-delivery they said the same thing, "processing." I kept being patient because the product itself is promising, but running out with no replacement is annoying. I won't renew the subscription because of the shipping chaos, which is too bad. I recently signed up for this skin analysis and personalized skincare treatment thing with Skin + Me. But then, I got an email with the subject line 'It's time for your unfiltered photos.' It didn't really explain anything, so I don't know if something went wrong with my pictures or if they just sent the email by accident.
