Gift basket
I just ordered a gift basket for a family member from this company. But when the package came, it had a different item than the one I picked out online. I was really bummed about the mix-up because I was excited to surprise my loved one with a specific gift. The customer service person I spoke to was sorry about the mistake and gave me a 20% discount on my next order as a way to make up for it. While I appreciated the discount, I'm not sure if I want to order from them again because of this mess-up. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing and it has given me a bad impression of the company.

White boots with chunky heel and transparent bottoms
I just got myself a new pair of white boots with a chunky heel and see-through soles. Let me tell you, these boots are super comfy and look like they're built to last. I love that they have zippers on the sides, it makes them a breeze to put on and take off. Dealing with Favorboots was a piece of cake, and everything went smoothly. I'd totally suggest these shoes to all my buddies.
