I'm glad I kept them. I needed a pair for long shifts — my feet were killing me from bad shoes — so I ordered with low hopes. At first I was annoyed: the pictures didn't look like the real thing and customer support took a while to answer about returns, plus the return rules sounded harsh. But once I wore them few days they actually helped my arches and felt sturdy. Support offered a fair compromise, so relieved, though the returns policy could be clearer.
Hard to recommend

They look fine, but the material feels cheap and some seams are rough, so it’s not great for heavy use. I reached out about a return and it took weeks to get any answer. Then they wanted me to pay return shipping and an 80% restocking fee, so I kept them even though they’re far from perfect.
Two-size mix-up, but it worked out

They took two weeks to show up. I emailed three times and finally opened a bank dispute when they said I had to pay return shipping. After that they agreed to exchange and covered return — slow, annoying, but fixed. Still sketchy service though, so cautious next time.
Wrong size, refund at last
I first saw these boots on a friend's Instagram and ordered a size 9. Two weeks later I opened the box to find a size 11 — great. I emailed three times and finally got a reply saying I had to pay return shipping for their mistake, so I filed a bank dispute. After the bank reversed the charge and I got refunded, that was the moment I felt satisfied. Still, their customer support was slow and kinda careless, needs improvement.

Boot purchase, horrendous return policy
Seriously, don't even bother with this company. Their stuff is complete trash and their customer service is even worse. I had to go back and forth with them for weeks just to hear back about a return, and when they finally did, they hit me with the news that I would have to pay for return shipping AND an 80% restocking fee. Can you believe that? Who would think that's okay? It would cost me more to send the boots back than what I paid for them in the first place. What a joke.
