I came across Skin + Me on TikTok and thought why not give it a shot! I'm 42 and don't really have a skincare routine, so I could definitely use some help. The online consultation was a breeze and super thorough. I wasn't expecting it to be prescription-based, but I'm actually pretty stoked to see how it works out!

This store has some really pretty jewelry, but the customer service was kind of meh. The person who helped me didn't seem all that into it and didn't really try too hard to help me find what I was looking for. It was a bummer, especially since I had heard so many good things about their customer service. The prices were decent, but nothing to write home about. All in all, just an okay shopping trip.

Dress purchase
Oh my gosh, I got the dress early and it was so amazing! The packaging was perfect and the dress is super glamorous, it looks way more expensive than it actually was. Definitely make sure to give your measurements so you get the perfect fit. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I recently bought some data recovery software from this company and I gotta say, it was a letdown. Thanks to their hard work, I was able to get a partial refund without any trouble. I really appreciate how professional and efficient the customer service team was in handling my situation. In the end, even though the product didn't work for me, I'm grateful for the incredible support I got from the customer service team.
