Bundling and shopping list frustration
I had a really annoying time trying to bundle items on the website. It definitely wasn't easy to do at all. I couldn't even change around my bundle package, which was super frustrating when I wanted to switch things up. Plus, when I saw an item I wanted to check out but then found out they didn't have it in my size, it was hard to get back to my shopping list. The lack of options really made me reconsider buying anything and honestly, I was pretty let down.

Hotel stay review
During our time at the hotel in Mallorca from May 2nd to May 7th, we were really impressed with the amazing service we received. When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted with cold drinks, chocolates, and a cool towel to help us feel refreshed after our travels. This warm welcome set a great tone for our entire stay. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, giving us a cozy and welcoming space to unwind. The staff were always kind and helpful, ready to assist with a smile. It was clear they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time with no stress. This was our first time staying at this hotel chain, and because of our fantastic experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Bummer reservation fail
Me and my family were so pumped for our trip and we booked a hotel through this site. But when we rolled up, they didn't even have a room ready for us! I was so frustrated, like why bother booking if they can't even save us a spot? We had to scramble last minute to find a new place to crash and it was a total nightmare. They better cough up my cash real quick.
