Excellent Service
I have been using LensCrafters for all of my eyewear needs for several years now and I have always been impressed with their services. From the ease of ordering my contacts and glasses online, to the quick and accurate delivery, LensCrafters has exceeded my expectations.
One of my favorite things about LensCrafters is their virtual try-on feature. I can upload a photo of myself and try on different frames from the comfort of my own home, without having to physically go to a store. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to navigate through the different options and find the perfect pair of glasses or contacts.
The customer service team is also top-notch. I have had a few issues with my orders in the past and each time the team has been quick to resolve the problem and ensure my satisfaction. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchases.

I just bought myself some progressive lens glasses with Transitions, along with a pair of single-vision computer glasses from this eyewear shop. I was so excited to be able to personalize both pairs to my liking, and they came out just right. The lens quality is top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. Plus, the prices were much better after the discounts compared to other places I've shopped at before. All in all, I'm super pleased with my new glasses and the awesome service I got.
Lenses issue after less than 8 months
I had some trouble with my prescription lenses from a popular optical store at Greenbrier Mall in VA. After wearing them for less than 8 months, the lenses had a problem that was obviously a result of poor workmanship and manufacturing. I've been a loyal customer at this store for more than 20 years, so I was really let down to find out that they wouldn't back up their product or give me the customer support I deserved.

I went to this eyeglasses store as a customer, and man, let me tell you, it was super disappointing. I tried to buy glasses there, but I faced so many problems that it just ruined the whole thing for me. First off, the store hours were all over the place. There were times when I showed up and the doors were closed. It was so frustrating not knowing when they would be open. On top of that, the staff, even the manager, didn't seem to care at all about what I needed. They were no help at all and it made me even more irritated. I tried reaching out to the main office about these issues, but I haven't heard back at all. My whole experience there was just awful, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there.

I've been to this place many times, and every time I go, it's been amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making sure to assist me quickly and with a smile. On my last visit, Kathy helped me pick out a great frame and got my prescription sorted out fast. The whole experience was top-notch, and I really felt well taken care of. They have a wide range of frames to choose from, covering all kinds of styles. The prices are good too, not too high, so it worked well with my budget.

I stopped by a store in Sherman Oaks, CA for an eyeglass fitting and to pick out frames. The service when I walked in was pretty average, but I didn't have to wait too long to get some help. The store manager, Jennifer Tay, was really nice and clearly knew what she was doing. She gave me some awesome suggestions for frames and took extra time to make sure I found the perfect pair. All in all, I left feeling like a happy customer.
Expert glasses adjustment
I went to LensCrafters in Newington, NH to get my glasses adjusted. Even though I didn't buy them there, Cara gave me amazing customer service. She was so nice, talented, and quick at adjusting my glasses to make them fit just right. It was really nice to get such fantastic service even without buying the glasses there. I would definitely suggest going to Cara and the Newington, NH location for any glasses needs.
Sunglasses
I bought a pair of sunglasses online from this store recently and I was pretty happy with how everything went. The sunglasses came quickly and were in really good shape. The only thing I wished would have happened was getting an email with a tracking number when my order was shipped. But even without that, the delivery time was still fine - it only took about 3 days to get to me after I bought them.
Glasses purchase
I went to get some glasses and this guy named Leo was the one who helped me out. He was so nice and patient while I tried on different pairs. In the end, I ended up getting two pairs with prescriptions and one pair of sunglasses. Leo even went above and beyond and found me a coupon to save some money, it was really cool of him.

After dealing with a few hiccups, I was able to get the right frames and prescription lenses I needed. The customer service at this store was so attentive and really helped me out. Even though there were some problems at first, they really put in the effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'm grateful for their hard work in fixing the issues I had.

I had a great time shopping for my glasses online, it was a breeze! Just a few clicks, chose my frames, and voila, they were delivered to my door. The frames looked just like they did in the online pictures and I was thrilled about it. I will definitely shop online for glasses again.

My visit to the Galleria Mall location in Dallas, Texas was a total letdown. The eye doctor checked my eyes multiple times before finally getting me my glasses two months later. Unfortunately, the glasses were still blurry and gave me a headache. I came back to try to fix them, but the problems didn't go away. I decided to return the glasses the next day because they were uncomfortable. They told me the glasses were scratched, but didn't offer a refund. It was a pricey mistake that took up a lot of my time. Not having the manager and staff wear name tags or show their credentials made the customer service even worse.

I went to LensCrafters at the mall and it was great! The staff, especially Irshad and Shin, were super friendly and helpful. They took their time helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Plus, they have awesome promotions to help save money. My family is a big fan of this place and I'm excited to spread the word to my friends!

They totally missed the mark on fixing the situation and didn't seem to know how to make things right when they messed up. By the time it was all over, I felt like I had been taken advantage of and won't be going back there ever again. I bought three pairs of glasses there last year, and this time around was a total letdown.

My experience at that place was just awful. I went to get my prescription lenses sorted, and they completely messed it up. When I tried to complain and get it fixed, they made me pay again, even though there was a guarantee. The way they treated me was just terrible. I wouldn't suggest that place to anyone.
