    I just ordered a watch from an online store, and I gotta tell you, I wasn't too happy with how everything went down. They sent it out quickly and it made its way to a city close to me pretty fast. But it's been two weeks since it got there and I still don't have it! I was really excited about getting the watch, so this whole situation has been really frustrating. I've tried contacting customer service for help, but I haven't gotten a response.

    Frame + lens

    I bought a frame and lens online about three months ago. They said the lens was scratch-resistant and made with German engineering. But, I just saw a little scratch on it recently. So, I reached out to customer service about the warranty. They told me that scratches aren't covered and suggested I buy a new lens for $500. That scratch-resistant lens shouldn't have gotten scratched so fast after only three months, especially since I always keep my glasses in their case when I'm not wearing them. I was pretty bummed by their response, since they just blamed it on everyday use.

    Issue with response resolution

    I was a little let down by the first response I got from customer service about my issue. The first email seemed hasty and didn't really get to the heart of my problem. It felt like a standard reply that didn't offer a real solution. The second email I got, though, was way better. It actually solved my problem and gave me some tips on how to avoid the same issue in the future. I was glad for the fast replies, but the first one just didn't quite hit the mark in addressing my concerns properly.

    I have to shout out their customer service team, especially Savannah. She was so nice and really helped me out when I had a problem. They got everything sorted out super fast. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future!

    This place is a complete rip-off. They took my membership payment and then tried to get me to do a background check for a job offer that didn't even exist! Before I knew it, they were using my card info to steal over £200, and they were trying to take even more. I reported them for fraud and now they're being looked into. I'm also reporting them to companies house and the ombudsman service with all the proof I have. It's just terrible how they're preying on vulnerable folks like that.

    First purchase experience

    My first time buying from this company was pretty good. Their prices were fair and the customer service was really great. The shipping of my order was a little delayed, but I liked that they kept me updated through emails. It made me feel like they cared about me as a customer and that my order was important to them. I'd definitely think about buying from them again down the line.

    Prescription lenses mistake

    My experience at that place was just awful. I went to get my prescription lenses sorted, and they completely messed it up. When I tried to complain and get it fixed, they made me pay again, even though there was a guarantee. The way they treated me was just terrible. I wouldn't suggest that place to anyone.

    Recent hotel stay

    The folks over at the hotel were really nice and willing to help out, and the breakfast they served up was pretty good. But I gotta say, the place itself is looking pretty worn down. The stairs to get to the different floors were blocked off, with signs in the elevators telling you to take the stairs in case of a fire. Kinda ironic considering they also mentioned that the stairs were out of commission for maintenance. The room I got, number 411, had walls that were peeling from the humidity, with mold visibly growing. Definitely not a good look, potentially a health hazard. The AC didn't work, but at least the TV had some decent channels. Seems like the hotel used to be top-notch, but now it's falling apart due to lack of upkeep. In my book, the price they're charging doesn't match up with the so-so state of the place. They really ought to either fix up or close off rooms like mine before guests get sick.

    CPAP machine cleaner

    After using my CPAP machine with the cleaner for a few years now, I've really noticed a big improvement in how well I sleep. The SoClean has helped me get rid of those pesky morning headaches I used to wake up with. But, recently I had a problem with the seal on the water chamber, making it hard to keep a good seal and quiet down the noise. So, I had to get a new CPAP machine. When it was delivered, the homecare company told me not to use the cleaner anymore because it might wear out the internal seals too quickly. Now I'm stuck deciding whether or not to keep using the SoClean. For now, I think I'll try out my new machine without the cleaner and see how it goes.
