    Quick and easy booking process

    Booking a room was easy, but when we looked for places with free cancellation, it was a bit confusing. We wanted a room for a specific date, but it was annoying to see hotels advertising "free cancellation" only on the same day. That doesn't really sound like free cancellation to me. If we can't cancel within that timeframe, it shouldn't show up in the results. It was a little frustrating, and it made me doubt the search filters.<br><br>Overall, the process was quick and convenient. I liked how easy it was to book a room without any issues. The website was easy to use, and I could find what I needed without any trouble.

    Seaview apartment stay

    I had such an amazing time at the Seaview apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and the place was so comfy, it really made our stay memorable. The hotel staff were super friendly and made sure we felt right at home the whole time. I would totally suggest this spot to anyone in need of a chill and fun vacation. Plus, the pool rules were easy to understand and they kept it really clean, so everyone could have a good time swimming.

    Roomdi took care of my hotel booking pretty well, but the downside was they didn't have a customer support phone number. However, their email support was on point and gave me the help I needed. I liked that they kept me in the loop with updates when I asked for them. The only hiccup was with the hotel, City Express Ensenada, because they messed up my booking and made me feel uneasy by suggesting I hadn't paid.

    The registration process went pretty smoothly until I hit an error message after I clicked the pay button. It was super frustrating because it didn't tell me what to do next, so I wasn't sure if my room was actually booked. Luckily, I got a confirmation email later on that let me know everything was good to go with my room bookings.

    My experience with Roomdi was okay. I found the hotel room I wanted through Trivago, but ended up booking through Roomdi. I tried to get cashback with Igraal or other apps, and surprisingly, Roomdi was an option. But when I tried to book on my phone, the price was a bit higher and I had some problems with the reservation process. I got frustrated and switched to my computer to finish booking. I also couldn't leave comments for the hotel or talk to customer service, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't as easy or customer-friendly as I expected.

    Online booking hotel payment issue

    I had a really bad time with Roomdi when I booked a hotel online. I reserved a room on their website, but when I got to the hotel, they told me Roomdi hadn't paid for my room. I ended up having to pay again at the hotel. I reached out to Roomdi customer service right away to talk about what happened, and they said they'd look into it. I even sent them the hotel invoice as proof that I paid, but I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with Roomdi has been super frustrating and disappointing.

    Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, noise issue

    I really had a great time with the staff there, they were so knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. They really made sure my stay was comfy and enjoyable. But man, that noise from those car drifting folks at the carpark nearby after midnight was really disruptive, kinda put a damper on my whole experience.

    The hotel was pretty good, not amazing but still nice and comfy. The price we paid was fair, especially with all the stuff they had to offer. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. And the golf course at the hotel looked really nice, I regretted not bringing my clubs with me.

    Great hotel stay

    Had a great time at the hotel! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Really enjoyed having access to the gym, pool, beach, and amazing restaurants on site. The staff provided excellent service too! Looking forward to coming back for another stay!

    My stay experience at Roomdi

    My experience at Roomdi wasn't the greatest. When I got there, the pool was closed, which was a bummer. The noise from kids running around on my floor woke me up early in the morning. The bed was so hard, I couldn't sleep well at all. And to top it off, after two days, there was still no shampoo in my room! The breakfast spot was also super noisy. Overall, it was disappointing.

    Stay at a hotel

    I had a pretty rough stay at that hotel. The room didn't have a phone, the safe was stuck, and there was sand on the floor. The next day, I had trouble opening the door and when I went to the front desk, no one was there. It took me forever to find them outside the hotel, instead of where they were supposed to be. And when they finally cleaned the room, they took the towels but didn't leave any more soap. I had to trek all the way back to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and soap. Then, on our last day, we asked a room attendant to call reception for help with our bags, but they never showed up, so we had to lug them ourselves. Overall, it was just a really bad experience.

    Recent hotel stay

    The folks over at the hotel were really nice and willing to help out, and the breakfast they served up was pretty good. But I gotta say, the place itself is looking pretty worn down. The stairs to get to the different floors were blocked off, with signs in the elevators telling you to take the stairs in case of a fire. Kinda ironic considering they also mentioned that the stairs were out of commission for maintenance. The room I got, number 411, had walls that were peeling from the humidity, with mold visibly growing. Definitely not a good look, potentially a health hazard. The AC didn't work, but at least the TV had some decent channels. Seems like the hotel used to be top-notch, but now it's falling apart due to lack of upkeep. In my book, the price they're charging doesn't match up with the so-so state of the place. They really ought to either fix up or close off rooms like mine before guests get sick.
