Quick and easy booking process
Booking a room was easy, but when we looked for places with free cancellation, it was a bit confusing. We wanted a room for a specific date, but it was annoying to see hotels advertising "free cancellation" only on the same day. That doesn't really sound like free cancellation to me. If we can't cancel within that timeframe, it shouldn't show up in the results. It was a little frustrating, and it made me doubt the search filters.<br><br>Overall, the process was quick and convenient. I liked how easy it was to book a room without any issues.
