I still like the shoes, the look, and the price, but the whole delivery and support thing has left a sour spot. I ordered three pairs on December 7 for my kiddo, holiday shoes, and at first I was calm — holiday season, delays happen, no biggie. Then the tracking went quiet and things got... messy. The delivery partner, UniUni, couldn’t find the package. I called them on December 18 and they bounced me back to ShoeDazzle. I emailed ShoeDazzle that day and every week after. Each reply felt like déjà vu — "please confirm your name, email, phone" — even though I was writing from the same account and had included all that info already. That repetition stuck with me. It wasn’t like a one-off; it felt like my messages were being read by robots or lost in a hole. Finally, on January 15 I reached a real person who agreed to resend the shoes. That was the relief moment, honestly. What annoyed me was that when I asked if the replacement could be prioritized because of the long delay and mix-up, they said no. No prioritization. After being a loyal customer for years, that response stung. Still, the shoes themselves — when they arrived later — were exactly what I expected: cute, comfy-ish, true to size. So I’m torn. Product quality and price are reasons I keep coming back, but the customer service hiccup and the delivery blackout broke some trust. I’ll probably order again, but I’ll pause before trusting timing, and I’ll double-down on following up early. Emotions? Frustrated, sure, but also hopeful because the end result was fine. Small fix in service would make a big difference.
That weird day my VIP perks vanished
one minute it looked like a reasonable $60-ish, then it jumped to $200–300, then drifted down to $175 if I restarted the whole thing. No item changes, no extra fees shown, just... math chaos. I tried everything, then reached out to customer service. The rep was polite enough and yes, said they'd refund my nine VIP credits. She even confirmed it in writing twice. Relief, right? Not so fast. They actually issued proof for three credits only. The other six? Nothing. Zip. Meanwhile, Poof—nine credits disappeared from my account. So they can remove credits instantly, but showing that they returned them? Apparently that's harder than moon landing math. Shipping of my actual items was fine in the end—boxes arrived okay—but the digital side (credits, billing, checkout totals) felt broken and confusing. I had to dig up old emails and screenshots, and after repeated back-and-forths with the company I finally had to file a complaint with the state attorney general. That’s a level of escalation I never thought I’d go to for store credits. To add salt, the same exact runaround happened to a family member — same rep, same timeline. So no, it wasn’t a fluke. If you’ve got screenshots, keep them. Document everything. My advice: don’t assume long loyalty buys you clarity; keep records and don’t let vague assurances be the end of it. A little humor: thought my VIP status meant I had superpowers, turns out the only power I had was persistence and a spreadsheet. Bottom line: delivery of packages was okay, but the checkout/billing experience and customer service follow-through were really disappointing. If you rely on credits, double-check after any interaction and be ready to fight for proof.
Long time customer, rough checkout experience

I ordered something 6 months back, but it never showed up. Finally reached out to customer service and they hooked me up with store credit. I really appreciate the assistance and it wasn't too much of a pain to get everything sorted out.

The discounts here are awesome, but the exchange rate from Canadian to American dollars kinda ruins it. Some of the deals don't look as good as they first appear. It would be cool if they could come up with a solution for us international customers.

I was so disappointed when I opened my Shoe Dazzle package and found three items unwrapped and the boxes resealed. Seriously? It seems like they don't care about their products or their customers. The messy packaging makes me hesitant to order from them again. Step it up, Shoe Dazzle, you can do better than that.

I had such a great time with my last purchase. Ordering was a breeze, super easy to figure out. I really liked getting those reminder notifications to either stick with my order or pass on the month. Refund delay
I've been waiting forever for my refund from this company since 2020. It's been so long that the card I initially used to make the purchase is no good anymore, and I'm just stuck waiting for them to send me back my money. I even talked to one of their reps who confirmed the amount they owe me and the date they filed it, which was on 3/19/20. I gave them all the stuff they needed, but I'm still waiting on my refund.
