I had such a great time with my last purchase. Ordering was a breeze, super easy to figure out. I really liked getting those reminder notifications to either stick with my order or pass on the month. And man, those discounts on the shoes were just unbelievable, so many styles to choose from. Plus, I was really into those magazine offers that didn't try to sneak in any automatic renewals. Store credit for missing items
I ordered something 6 months back, but it never showed up. Finally reached out to customer service and they hooked me up with store credit. I really appreciate the assistance and it wasn't too much of a pain to get everything sorted out.

Just keep in mind that they tend to sell out of regular sizes and bigger sizes, so don't be surprised if your top picks are sold out. The good news is they ship orders pretty fast and returns are easy peasy.

VIP credits policy change
That new policy is so ridiculous! I used to enjoy shopping at this place, but now it's just unbearable. Having to decide which items to use my credits on is a total nightmare. Why couldn't they just take them off my total like they always did before? It really messes up the whole shopping experience and makes me not even want to come here anymore. I just want to use my credits and be done with this account.
