Efficient and cost-effective airport transfer
The booking process was super easy and we got confirmation right away. Our driver was really nice and found us without any trouble, even in the busy airport. The trip back was just as seamless. And the price? Way cheaper than what the big airlines were asking for. Seriously, we were totally happy with the service and would definitely tell our friends to use it.

I got some new contact lenses from a new company, but they told me they were out of stock with no idea of when they'd be back in. I was annoyed, so I cancelled that order and decided to try AC Lens. They ended up shipping my order out the same day, which was a nice surprise. Plus, their prices were the best out of the seven places I checked out. Right now, I'm happy with AC Lens and will for sure think about buying from them again.

I just bought two pairs of shoes from your store - some black Mary Janes and a cute pair of pink boots. The size 5 black Mary Janes were a little big on me and dug into the sides of my feet, but the size 5 pink boots fit like a charm and look so adorable! I thought about returning the Mary Janes, but shipping them back costs too much, so I just ended up keeping both pairs. Buying shoes online can be a gamble since sizes aren't always consistent, even if they're supposed to be the same.

HP Omen curved gaming monitor
I just had a really bad time with the company's warranty service. My monitor had a defect covered under warranty, but when they sent me a replacement, it was a different type that wasn't good for gaming like I need. The customer service didn't even talk to me before sending the new monitor. It seems like HP would rather swap out devices completely instead of just fixing the problem, which is a bummer because my curved monitor was still working fine except for the detachment issue.

Order messed up
My order got stolen by a driver, then ended up with a DoorDash guy who couldn't even get my stuff right. Customer service totally dropped the ball, didn't even bother to check our previous chat, and banned me for cursing because they can't handle any criticism. I mean, come on, when did it become such a big deal to call out mistakes and then have people run and hide like little babies?
