Boots purchase online
I bought some boots online 'cause I couldn't try 'em on in the store 'cause of my disability. But man, they didn't fit right and were hurting my foot, so I sent 'em back just like they came. The company said no way, though. They thought the boots were used and couldn't be resold. Even after talking to customer service, they had no answers for me except to drive an hour to the closest store and try returning 'em there. It was just a bad experience all around.

Outdoor Movie Screen
Absolutely no follow up regarding order. Have sent two emails to follow up on order placed in May and there has been no reply. None. No shipping information or anything. However, the payment was taken from my account. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. Never again. Terrible company. It will not allow me to give 0 or one Stars. I was forced to choose two.
