Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus upgrade to Kamvas Pro 19
I recently decided to upgrade from my Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus to the Kamvas Pro 19 because I was having some issues with my old tablet. The ghosting problems were really getting in the way of my work, so I needed to find a solution. I contacted customer support and was helped out by a guy named Derek. Let me tell you, Derek knows how to provide top-notch customer service. He was super nice to talk to and gave me clear instructions over email and text right away. He not only helped me with the return process, but also gave me the tracking number for the new model. The new Kamvas Pro 19 showed up earlier than expected, and it's even better quality than I had hoped for. Derek's proactive attitude and great service really impressed me, and I think he deserves some recognition for all his hard work.
Kamvas 24 Pro pen issue
I recently had a problem with my Kamvas 24 Pro pen where it kept disconnecting every couple of seconds, which made it really hard to use. I contacted customer service and was happy with how quickly and thoroughly they responded. Jane, the representative, was super helpful and walked me through how to fix the issue. She figured out that the problem was caused by conflicting drivers, something I hadn't thought to look into. Thanks to her help, I was able to resolve the problem and make sure it wouldn't happen again. I was really pleased with the support I received overall.
Graphics tablet
I got myself a graphics tablet and, man, I was struggling with setting it up as an extended monitor. Thankfully, this customer service dude, let's just call him Billy, totally saved the day. He broke it down for me and even taught me how to customize the buttons on the tablet, which was pretty neat. And to top it off, Billy sent me an article full of tips on how to really make the most out of my new tablet. I can't thank him enough for all his help! ?
Standalone drawing tablet, top quality
I bought this awesome drawing tablet that totally exceeded my expectations. It came in better shape than I expected, and for just 300 bucks, I got a top-notch product that not only works great as a drawing tablet but also handles gaming like a champ. The Huion Stylus HS200 pen that comes with it is a total game-changer. It's super comfortable to hold and the tablet only registers the pen, so you can rest your hand without any issues.
Drawing tablet

It did take a few days for them to get back to me, but once they did, they were super helpful. Jane and the team gave me clear steps and videos to help me troubleshoot the issue. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to fix my device and now my key dial is working with all my devices. I really appreciate their friendly service!
Huion Kamvas screen sleep issue
I recently had a problem with my Kamvas screen not waking up after it went to sleep. Worried about my device, I contacted tech support for help. I was happy with how quickly and well Esther from the Customer Service Team helped me out. She not only fixed the problem with my Kamvas but also did it with great communication. I'm really pleased with the customer service and tech support from Huion.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the support team for being so helpful with fixing my graphics tablet. Derek went above and beyond to make sure we got it sorted out and even got me a new tablet. The tech support person I worked with was super friendly and patient, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I really can't thank them enough for their help and professionalism.
Kamvas 22 driver issue
I had a driver issue with my tablet not being recognized, and it was frustrating since I couldn't draw without it. Customer service took a while to get back to me, but they did try to help. It ended up taking a long time to resolve, and I had to switch to an older driver version, which was annoying. It would be better if they had all the drivers on their website for easy access.
