I just wanted to give a shoutout to the support team for being so helpful with fixing my graphics tablet. Derek went above and beyond to make sure we got it sorted out and even got me a new tablet. The tech support person I worked with was super friendly and patient, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I really can't thank them enough for their help and professionalism.
Huion Kamvas screen sleep issue
I recently had a problem with my Kamvas screen not waking up after it went to sleep. Worried about my device, I contacted tech support for help. I was happy with how quickly and well Esther from the Customer Service Team helped me out. She not only fixed the problem with my Kamvas but also did it with great communication. I'm really pleased with the customer service and tech support from Huion.
Drawing tablet purchase
I recently bought a drawing tablet online and it's so awesome! The support team was really patient and helpful when I was struggling with emails. They stayed with me until everything was sorted out, and that was really great.
Kamvas Studio 16"
My computer was acting up after that last software update, wouldn't go to sleep like it was supposed to. So I got in touch with customer support and they hooked me up with a fast and spot-on solution. I'm all about tablets and have used a bunch of different brands for work, but this one has been by far the best experience.
Drawing Tablet Purchase
I just got this awesome drawing tablet and let me tell you, it's so cool! Had a little hiccup with it, but the customer support team really came through and fixed it up super fast. They were really nice and made sure I was happy with my tablet. Huge thanks to Jane and the team for being so awesome!
Graphics tablet
I got myself a graphics tablet and, man, I was struggling with setting it up as an extended monitor. Thankfully, this customer service dude, let's just call him Billy, totally saved the day. He broke it down for me and even taught me how to customize the buttons on the tablet, which was pretty neat. And to top it off, Billy sent me an article full of tips on how to really make the most out of my new tablet. I can't thank him enough for all his help! ?
