I just got this awesome drawing tablet and let me tell you, it's so cool! Had a little hiccup with it, but the customer support team really came through and fixed it up super fast. They were really nice and made sure I was happy with my tablet. Huge thanks to Jane and the team for being so awesome!
Graphics tablet
I got myself a graphics tablet and, man, I was struggling with setting it up as an extended monitor. Thankfully, this customer service dude, let's just call him Billy, totally saved the day. He broke it down for me and even taught me how to customize the buttons on the tablet, which was pretty neat. And to top it off, Billy sent me an article full of tips on how to really make the most out of my new tablet. I can't thank him enough for all his help! ?

I ran into a problem with my graphic tablet and at the start, I felt like the customer service folks just weren't getting what I was saying. After a bit of back and forth, though, they finally figured out the issue and came up with a fix. It was a bit aggravating at first, but I'm grateful for their help in working through the problem.
