I bought this awesome drawing tablet that totally exceeded my expectations. It came in better shape than I expected, and for just 300 bucks, I got a top-notch product that not only works great as a drawing tablet but also handles gaming like a champ. The Huion Stylus HS200 pen that comes with it is a total game-changer. It's super comfortable to hold and the tablet only registers the pen, so you can rest your hand without any issues.
Kamvas 22 Pro
I had a problem with my key dial not working after a firmware update, so I contacted customer support for help. It did take a few days for them to get back to me, but once they did, they were super helpful. Jane and the team gave me clear steps and videos to help me troubleshoot the issue. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to fix my device and now my key dial is working with all my devices. I really appreciate their friendly service!

I really want to give a big shoutout to the customer service rep who helped me out with my pen tablet issue. She was so knowledgeable and patient, I couldn't have fixed it without her guidance. I seriously suggest this company's customer service to anyone who needs help, they're the best!

Huion Kamvas screen sleep issue
I recently had a problem with my Kamvas screen not waking up after it went to sleep. Worried about my device, I contacted tech support for help. I was happy with how quickly and well Esther from the Customer Service Team helped me out. She not only fixed the problem with my Kamvas but also did it with great communication. Kamvas Studio 16"
My computer was acting up after that last software update, wouldn't go to sleep like it was supposed to. So I got in touch with customer support and they hooked me up with a fast and spot-on solution. I'm all about tablets and have used a bunch of different brands for work, but this one has been by far the best experience.

I got myself a graphics tablet and, man, I was struggling with setting it up as an extended monitor. Thankfully, this customer service dude, let's just call him Billy, totally saved the day. He broke it down for me and even taught me how to customize the buttons on the tablet, which was pretty neat. And to top it off, Billy sent me an article full of tips on how to really make the most out of my new tablet. I can't thank him enough for all his help! ?
