Oversized Raincoat Purchase
I bought this really big raincoat online, but when it came, it was way too huge and not the right size at all. I couldn't find the receipt, so when I contacted customer service to get a refund, they said they didn't get the return. It was annoying because I just sent something back to another company and right away got confirmation. It seems like Threadbare's return process isn't very efficient.

Canceled Plan Charged Again
I can't believe this company that's supposed to be closed down is still trying to charge me for a plan I canceled in November. It feels like they're taking advantage of us loyal customers who trusted them with our credit card info. It's so frustrating and unfair.

I just got myself this awesome Electric Pressure Cooker from Kooc, and let me tell you, it's really something! I'm so impressed with how well it works and how easy it is to use. It's totally changed the game when it comes to getting meals ready - now I can make tasty and healthy dishes super fast. The design is really user-friendly and the different cooking functions are amazing. I definitely suggest giving this product a try if you want to make your meal prep a whole lot easier.

Low-quality pajamas
I bought some pajamas from this store recently and man, was I let down by the quality. They were super cheaply made, especially for the price I paid - 50 bucks! And to top it off, I had a hard time trying to get the return form because the download wasn't working right. Overall, it was a bummer because the product didn't live up to what I was expecting and the service was subpar.

Shoes took forever to arrive. We’re falling apart out of box. Ill fitting. Straps could hold 3 ankles and still not stay up. Spent 119.00. You have to email Dante for return, but so far Dante doesn’t seem to respond. Have send more than one email and still nothing. Buyer’s beware.

Vibrosculpt massager
This company claimed to have shipped my purchase out, I called the delivery company they went through and they said they never received the physical package from vibrosculpt. No customer service from this merchant either. Very dissatisfied and will be filing a scam report against them.
I ordered vibrosculpt package on February 22nd, DHL e-commerce tracking showed my vibrosculpt package was in transit until the 26th. Since then it has not moved, and USPS also doesn't show whether or not it has my package. I am bitter that I fell for that scam and I lost my money. Never again will I trust nor give my money to those scam website. Devastated but lesson learned!

I received my massager and it works great! It does exactly what their website says it will do. I highly recommend this.
I did not get mine delivered as thought so emailed them and they said to check with post office. Thr link said DHL had it. Sure enough, there was a note in my mailbox that post office had it. I tried it tonight and found I didn't get the orange and blue pads. There is no way to view your receipt on their site either. They do respond though.
I'm going to give it a try. You can't hold the company responsible for the Shipping company. Most have been off their game since before Christmas. Most start off with the main company and then switch over to USPS when it gets to your area. Just keep an eye on your tracking. I'm most cases on the originating shipper's tracking site, they may have an area showing "sure post" with a long tracking number starting with 9. That's how you know it will eventually be with your Area's main Post office and that's the USPS tracking#.
Mine took pretty long, too, but it's like Latreese said: it's NOT their fault, it's the shipping company's fault. I got an email letting me know that it was gonna take longer than expected, but it finally arrived. Then I ordered the pads and the package appeared as delivered, but it never was. I contacted them for a refund, and they explained that in those cases they could send me a new one, and they did. I love it! They're NOT a scam, there's just a lot of toxic people that like to be a pain in the b***! LOL
The company is not a scammer. I got mine shortly after ordering, and the product looks good.

I received mine within a week or so. I’ve procrastinated to use it but so far I’m enjoying the massage lol. Hopefully it works as they advertise but that’s a chance we all take when purchasing things.

Dress, top, etc
I ordered from Catherine’s online. When my order total showed up I paid through my personal account. After pressing place my order, my order total doubled and it was too late to do anything about it. I called Catherine’s and nothing could be done because my order was processing, and they told me it was my fault. It was not! I watched the order total change and couldn’t stop it. The money came out of my account. I called my bank but I would have to place a stop payment but a fee would be applied, so I decided to call Catherine’s again for another 45 minute wait time. They would send me a free paid label to return my items as received. So I returned the one dress I ordered along with the duplicated one. I did not get my full refund as I was told I would. Shipping and handling chargers approximately $30.00 were not reimbursed. You are definitely shopping at your own risk on this website. I have been shopping online at Catherine’s for a long time. Because of this unresolved issue, I am sorry to say that I probably won’t be shopping at Catherine’s.com from here on out. If you choose to order do it by phone.
Yes send in my credit card payment and customers service stated that my payment wasn't received have enjoyed the clothes, but now will never buy anything again from this store after paying my card out this store really disappointed me very much ...gave Catherine very high reviews and my family did to.

I agree with you on poor customer service. I cancelled my subscription weeks ago and they told me I didn’t so they charged me 68.00. They said they shipped me out my order to which is another lie. I explained to them that I cancel any subscription boxes I had to help my dad out with his stage 4 pancreatic cancer and they chose to insult me. My father just recently passed away and they were extremely cruel and insensitive about his recent death. The people are shallow, evil liars. I karma will get them one day and I won’t see it, but when it comes, I sure hope they think of me because I wish them the worst. They can rot in hell and fo4 the way they treat people, that will probably be their final destination. I should share their cruel words to me and my fathers death right in the reviews. Save your money because these lying evil, cruel people will find away to screw you over. They charged me 68.00 that they shouldn’t have and yet I’ve received no product from them. Complete scammers. I’d give them -0 stars

Well let me start off by saying it's cheap bags and poor customer service . I can't even return the ugly ass bags so now I'm out 65 $ and have 2 new fancy garbage bags with a sample roll scent that was a half inch big with a deck of freaking cards and sum sunglasses the purses looks like something I would have buried my great great aunt mauld in ! Absolutely no follow up regarding order. Have sent two emails to follow up on order placed in May and there has been no reply. None. No shipping information or anything. However, the payment was taken from my account. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. Never again. Terrible company. It will not allow me to give 0 or one Stars. I was forced to choose two.
