Wrong size item
I had a really bad time dealing with customer service at this store. I accidentally ordered the wrong size item, dropped it off at a nearby location for return, but they wouldn't give me a stamp on my paper. I had to reach out to customer service, and now I have to wait a whole three weeks to get the right size item. It's annoying that the store doesn't trust its customers to send out the correct item faster.
Luxury bedding set
I absolutely love the luxury bedding set I got from this company. The quality is amazing, with top-notch materials and impeccable attention to detail. The design is so elegant and really adds a touch of sophistication to my bedroom decor. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Refund situation
Even though they first said no to giving me a refund for my purchase, Linvosges eventually came around and gave me my money back. Maybe they were just trying to be nice. I'm thinking about giving them another shot and ordering from them again after this.

I bought some bedding, towels, and a bath mat from this company not too long ago. I was really looking forward to getting them because I had heard they were great quality and their service was reliable. But man, was I let down! I waited weeks for my order to come in, only to find out that the stuff was super low quality and nothing like how it was described on the website. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service about it, they were totally MIA and didn't help at all. I feel really disappointed and won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

Quality product, interesting promotion, slow delivery
I was really happy with the product I got from here, the quality was amazing and even better than I thought. The deal they had going on was cool too, made it worth buying. But, I was kinda bummed about how long it took to get to me. I ordered on May 14th and didn't get it until May 22nd, seemed like it took forever.
Thin table towels
I bought some table towels from this brand thinking they'd be really nice, but man, was I let down. The 20 towels I got were like flimsy tissue paper, definitely not what I had in mind. I'm pretty bummed about the whole quality situation.
"High-quality linens"
The linens I ordered were really great - the quality was fantastic, the packaging was careful, and the materials and colors were amazing. I was seriously impressed with the whole experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back as a customer.
2 fitted sheets in terrycloth
I just bought 2 fitted sheets made of terrycloth - one in white (although it's more off-white) and one in light gray. They're both size 160, but I used to have some in size 140 that lasted me 20 years. I was pumped to find new ones, but when I put them on the bed, I saw there's a seam running right down the middle. How durable is that seam? I'm worried about these sheets lasting.
High-quality towel sets
I just bought a bunch of towel sets from this store and let me tell you, they are top-notch quality. These towels are so soft and absorbent - exactly what I needed. The price was fair and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
Quality linens
The linens I bought were really good quality, just like they were described on the website. They arrived quickly, right on time. I'm super happy with what I purchased and would definitely suggest this company to other people.

I purchased some dish towels and they are really stiff. They're no fun to use at all, even after washing them twice! I'm so disappointed.

I've been doing business with this company for a while now and I've seen how slowly their business has been changing. The thing that really sticks out to me is how much online and paper ads they use - it seems like there's just so much duplication going on. It feels like a waste, and not very eco-friendly if you ask me. We should all try to be more mindful of the environment and cut back on all this unnecessary printing and advertising.
Quality, durability, oversized clothing
I just bought some sheets for a vacation rental place and they are really good quality. Even after washing them a lot, they still look great. The clothes I got were a little big, so I'd suggest getting a smaller size if you want a more snug fit.
"soleil levant" bedding set
Man, there are way too many fake photos on that website! I thought the "soleil levant" bedding set would have all these awesome designs based on the pics, but when it arrived, there was only one design on the flat sheet. I was super disappointed because I don't even use a duvet. What's the deal with showing all those other photos of the flat sheet if it's not like that in real life?
Bathmat and gloves
I bought a bathmat and gloves from this place and they arrived right on time. The bathmat looks exactly like it did in the online picture and the gloves are really comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!
Quality fabric, timely delivery
I got some really good fabric that came right on time, just like they said it would. But the website didn't have enough info in the product descriptions, which was kind of a letdown.
