    I just bought a t-shirt and some capris from this store because I got a discount code through email. Turns out, the code didn't work on regular-priced stuff like they said it would. Plus, they wanted to charge me $14.98 for shipping on just two items! It's pretty frustrating and now I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else.

    Purchased bras in wrong size

    I bought some bras from this store not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed out because the sizing was way off. The bras were labeled as one size, but when I put them on, they were definitely too small. It's important to get the size right with bras for them to be comfy and supportive. On top of that, I was also shocked to see that there was no return label in the package. It made returning the bras for the correct size a total pain in the butt.

    I went shopping at this store recently and had a really good time. The people working there were nice and helpful, and they had lots of clothes that actually fit me. The fitting rooms were clean and looked after, so it was easy for me to try on stuff. I found a few things that I really liked and that made me feel good about myself, which is always awesome. Overall, I had a great shopping trip at this store and I would totally go back again.

    Late fee issue

    I had a really frustrating experience with this store recently, even though I've been a loyal customer for over ten years. I paid my bill on time, but they still hit me with a late fee just because the payment was made after 8 pm. The person I talked to on the phone when I paid didn't mention anything about a cutoff time, which just made me even more mad. When you've been a customer as long as I have, you expect businesses to be upfront and fair in all their dealings with you.

    Online order with back-ordered item and coupons

    I recently had a bad experience with this company when I made an online purchase, spending $280 on bras, stockings, and more. I tried to use my 40% and 50% off coupons, but was told I couldn't because of a back-ordered item and a third party vendor item in my cart. It really bugged me that they weren't clear about these limits, making me feel like I got ripped off. Then, to top it off, my order was canceled out of the blue without me knowing, and customer service didn't explain or say sorry. The whole thing was poorly handled by a guy named Mike who was supposed to be a "specialist," but really just made things worse. Their unprofessionalism and incompetence have made me decide to close my account and shop somewhere else.

    I placed an order with this company on October 11th and got an email on the 13th saying it was shipped with a tracking number. But when I checked the tracking number, it showed my stuff was delivered on July 22nd in another state and had a pic of what I ordered. I reached out on October 17th to let them know, and they said the order wasn't actually shipped yet, which is different from what the email said. I asked to cancel because I needed the item urgently for a special event, but they said it was already sent out on the 13th, even though there was a mix-up.

    Online purchase disappointment

    I recently bought some stuff online and was really bummed out by how the store handled their pricing. They said they match prices, but when I asked them about a difference between Black Friday and Cyber Monday prices, they wouldn't do it. I get that deals change, but not honoring their own prices seemed pretty unfair. So, I returned everything I got on Black Friday and won't shop there anymore.

    Bra and panty set

    I bought a bra and panty set from this store, and I gotta say, I was really let down. They never seem to have my bra size in stock, which is so frustrating. And trying to find matching panties is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It shouldn't be this hard to find a matching set. Overall, I was pretty disappointed by the whole experience, and I think this store needs to step up its game with stocking sizes and coordinating sets.

    2 piece bikini swimsuit

    I ordered a two-piece bikini online and was really let down when I only got the top half. They didn't even tell me that I wouldn't be getting the whole thing, so now I'm stuck for my trip.     Summer Dressy outfits

    I was pretty let down by my recent purchase of Summer Dressy outfits from the store. I mean, the clothes themselves were really nice, but I was surprised by how they were packaged. They were all crumpled up and just shoved into a plastic bag. It looked more like something you'd find at a discount store rather than a fancy retailer. I'm used to places like Dillards where they show off their clothes nicely on hangers and cover them with protective garment covers.

    I bought a pair of jeans at this store, but they turned out to be defective after I wore them just once. I reached out to customer service through their chat, and they said they issued a refund, but I asked for an email confirmation which they couldn't give. It's annoying that they can't handle something as basic as sending an email to confirm a refund. Also, my account still doesn't show the refund, which makes me feel like they are not being transparent or communicating well. I expect better service and quality control from a store that is supposed to be reputable.

    Beautiful white faux-fur hooded parka

    OMG, I just got this adorable white coat with a furry hood and it's seriously so cute. I'm in love with it! The quality is top-notch and I even got free shipping, which is a major bonus. But man, ordering it was a hassle. I had to start online and then had to call in to actually finish the order. Super annoying! But hey, I finally got my hands on the coat and it's absolutely amazing.

    Unfortunately, the skirt I bought recently didn't turn out like I hoped. It didn't fit right, which was a bummer. And I had to pay a lot for shipping when I bought it and then again to send it back. The refund they offered wasn't enough, especially with all the trouble and extra costs.     I'm totally obsessed with the sales at this spot! I absolutely love Cacique bras - they have such a great selection of sizes and styles, and the support is amazing. I don't get why some folks don't like the quality of the clothes - I think they're fabulous! The only downside is the prices being a bit steep, but thankfully they always have awesome sales that keep me coming back for more.

    Large order with missing items and refund

    I'm really disappointed with this company. I bought $82 worth of items, but only got some of them. The rest never showed up. I asked for a refund on June 6th, and I still haven't gotten it. Their customer service has been awful. It seems like they don't care about keeping customers happy. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating.

    I just bought a bunch of clothes from your store and had a pretty bad time with both the credit card and customer service.
