Online order return process
Returning my online order was such a pain. I didn't feel like going all the way back to the store so I just decided to ship it back. But man, what a mistake! When I contacted them through live chat for the return, they said they refunded me but with a $5.95 deduction for return shipping, even though I used my own label. So frustrating! Sent the package through my own method with a tracking number, but it was like talking to a wall. After more live chat attempts, they said they couldn't refund the $5.95 to my card like they were supposed to. Finally got them to agree to send me a check for that amount. Such a hassle, never doing this again.
Wrong size order
I ordered something and tried to change the size but they wouldn't let me. Now my order is delayed like crazy!
Pink skater dress and biker short/tank top pajamas
Customer service is just not up to par. Even though the website clearly said shipping would be slow, my stuff took even longer than I thought. But when my order finally arrived, I was actually pretty happy with the pink skater dress and the biker short/tank top pajamas. Seems like my expectations for shopping in person and online are always met, but not in the greatest way. The products themselves were awesome, but the whole ordering and delivery process could use some work.
New bra disappointment
I recently bought a new bra, assuming it would be like my usual one, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The sides had uncomfortable skinny bones that poked me all day, and there wasn't enough padding around the underwire. It made my workday a nightmare! I had to remove the bones, but there was still no improvement. Now I need to find a new store for bras in my size because this company is terrible. Their customer service is just as bad.
order with Brittany help
I went to that store over there, and man, it was so clean and nice. The people working there were super helpful, especially Brittany. She really went above and beyond to help me with my order over the phone, so I didn't have to spend hours shopping around. It was so much better than ordering online because I got what I needed right away without dealing with a bunch of boxes. Brittany is seriously the best, and I appreciate her going out of her way to assist me.
Jumpsuit and Three Blouses
I went shopping at the store and it was a bit of a mixed bag. I found some great items on sale and wanted to try them on. The store was really crowded, but thankfully April, one of the associates, helped me find a fitting room. She was super nice and helpful. When I went to pay, it was a different story. The people at the register were all busy with other customers, and one even ignored me and left me waiting. Thankfully, April came over and saved the day. She was so nice, got me checked out quickly, and really turned the whole experience around.
Lost luggage shopping
I went to this store hoping to find some clothes because my luggage got lost on the way to my super cool vacation. I couldn't believe how expensive everything was! I mean, $79 for a pair of pants? That's like ridiculous! And don't even get me started on the $29.95 t-shirt. I found a similar one for way cheaper at the dollar store. Like, what's up with that?
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from that store recently and the customer service was seriously lacking. When I went to get my package, the person on the floor totally ignored me, which was not cool. It wasn't until another employee came out from the back and asked if I needed help that I finally got some assistance. It's annoying when you just want some basic customer service and you don't get it. If you can't be friendly or at least say hi to a customer, maybe it's time to look for a new job.
Online purchase of bathing suit with coupon offer
I recently bought a bathing suit online and used a coupon to get a discount. But man, while I was checking out, I got hit with a bunch of pop-ups that were so confusing. The first one said I'd get 40% off if I gave them my email and phone number. But when I tried to use the coupon, it didn't work for what I was buying. Then, there was another one that said I'd get free shipping if I put in my email. Turns out, by doing that, I accidentally signed up for some VIP thing that I never wanted and it's got a monthly charge. When I called customer service to straighten things out, they weren't helpful at all, and I couldn't even cancel the order or the subscription in time. It's been a real headache dealing with this sneaky shopping mess.
I purchased three cotton tops with 3/4 length sleeves.
Catherine's was my favorite store for many years and I bought most of my clothes from them. Unfortunately, now that they are only online, the quality has gone way down. The cotton is now rough and scratchy, clothes look old after a few washes, and many items are not correct in size or in print ordered. This most recent order I chose three cotton tops from Catherine's catalog in size 3X. When they arrived, all were labeled Jessica London and they were size 30-32! I opened one just to be sure and it was much too big, plus the fabric was unacceptable in quality. In multiple orders over the past year or so, there always seems to be an incorrect item or a delay in shipping. So disappointing. I will now stick to Lands End. I don't know where I'll get pants, though, since no one else seems to offer Catherine's plus size tall. Any ideas?
Clothing
This company treated me like they could care less about me as a customer. They charged me for an order I had not placed and when I tried to get it right they talked down to me and kept telling me that I made the mistake. They were so nasty in the way they spoke to me and I had to hold only for 10 in between each person I spoke to. RUDE and HORRIBLE SERVICE. I guess I just lost $200
Catherines
I placed an order for 4 items. All seemed to go well and got my order number with my tracking number in an e-mail stating that I could expect my items within 5 business days. They were shipped via FedEx Economy which says 2-7 days for delivery. It is now 13 days later and according to Fedex my delivery date is pending. They have changed my expected day of delivery 3 times and have finally changed it to pending. I called them and they have no clue where my package is and told me to call the vendor to file a lost package with Fedex. I called Catherine's and the CS rep tells me that their policy is 10 business days for package arrival (does not match my order confirmation from them) and 20 business days before a lost package claim can be filed by Catherine's. So meanwhile I am out the package and have to call Catherine's back after 20 days before they will take action. Bring back the brick and mortar stores!
Dress, top, etc
I ordered from Catherine’s online. When my order total showed up I paid through my personal account. After pressing place my order, my order total doubled and it was too late to do anything about it. I called Catherine’s and nothing could be done because my order was processing, and they told me it was my fault. It was not! I watched the order total change and couldn’t stop it. The money came out of my account. I called my bank but I would have to place a stop payment but a fee would be applied, so I decided to call Catherine’s again for another 45 minute wait time. They would send me a free paid label to return my items as received. So I returned the one dress I ordered along with the duplicated one. I did not get my full refund as I was told I would. Shipping and handling chargers approximately $30.00 were not reimbursed. You are definitely shopping at your own risk on this website. I have been shopping online at Catherine’s for a long time. Because of this unresolved issue, I am sorry to say that I probably won’t be shopping at Catherine’s.com from here on out. If you choose to order do it by phone.
Yes send in my credit card payment and customers service stated that my payment wasn't received have enjoyed the clothes, but now will never buy anything again from this store after paying my card out this store really disappointed me very much ...gave Catherine very high reviews and my family did to.

I placed several orders & received 3 items I never ordered in place of items I did order.
It is impossible to talk to someone in customer service.
I have been a Catherine’s customer for years & used to be very satisfied with their products & service. No longer. I am so unhappy with them now.

I placed my order on 4-9-2021, and it has not shipped as of 4-29-21, when I sent them an email inquiring when my order would ship the status of my order was changed to “shipped” with a tracking number. But when I track my order it shows that it is “ready to ship” and has not actually shipped! It’s been like that for 3 days! I have always been a faithful shopper of Catherine’s when they had store fronts, but not any more! Never again will I purchase from any of their group of stores. Besides the super long shipping time their prices have sky rocketed, and they tack on a huge handling charge then the big shipping charge. Never again!
I forgot to say that I would have only given them a one star rating but it wouldn’t let me give anything lower than two.
