    Limited edition watch purchase

    I recently bought a limited edition watch from You Arrived and I have to say, Seth provided amazing customer service. Even though there was a small shipping delay, Seth quickly took care of it and made sure my watch got to me safely. He was really helpful and responded to all my emails asking about my order. On top of that, Seth even went the extra mile to replace a slightly damaged watch strap, which I was so grateful for. The watch itself was exactly what I was expecting - a limited edition new old stock, in perfect condition with all the original stickers still on. All in all, my experience with You Arrived was great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

    The customer service at this place is absolutely amazing. Mark really went the extra mile to help me out with my order, making sure that every little detail of the custom embroidery work on my apron and case was just right.     Frozen fish purchase

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now. I first came across their products at a medical conference in Atlanta where Dr. Andrew Weil was speaking. The frozen fish they offer has always been top-notch, and my most recent purchase just confirmed that for me. The fish arrived earlier than I expected and in perfect condition, even after traveling all the way to Florida. I've always been impressed with the quality of their products, especially the salmon which tastes way better than what I can find locally. Overall, I'm really happy with their products and will definitely be sticking with them as a customer in the future.

    UK subscription gift

    Man, what a mess! We bought a subscription as a gift for our family in the UK, but then the boxes just stopped showing up. Turns out Carnivore Club went and sold off the UK company without giving anyone a heads up. After a bunch of back and forth, the new owners finally said they'd start sending the boxes again. But guess what? Still no sign of them. It's not just a bummer for us, but Carnivore Club has totally dropped the ball on their end of things.

    I'm a regular online shopper who likes to buy stuff from different Chinese websites. I thought I'd check out TinyDeal and bought myself a couple of iPhone charger-cases in February 2018. Usually, I'm cool with the long wait times for deliveries from China. But this time was a bummer. The charger-cases never showed up, and when I tried to get help from TinyDeal, I got zilch. I sent a bunch of emails, but got no response. That left me feeling let down and pretty dang annoyed. It's a shame 'cause TinyDeal has good prices compared to other Chinese suppliers.

    On March 9, 2023, I purchased a dress online from Anna Kasey. Today is March 29, 2023, and I have yet to receive it. I received an email giving me the shipping label. Every time I checked on the shipping label, it said the shipping label had been created. No sign of it actually being shipped. I just wouldn’t go through this trouble again.

    I ordered size 2 men's clothing, the items were delivered a month late, the measurements were too small and the quality was not as described.
    I asked for my money back. I was told to return them to a hub. In doing so, Blaroken just keeps sending me charged-off statements.
    Even though the bank contacted Blaroken, they still, kept the clothing and refused to refund my money.

    I sent an email letting them know this, and will appartently get an answer within 72 hours?

    I got the oils and love the face oil, but the body oil stinks to high heaven!! There is no way I would ever put it on my body, I’d give gagging all day!!! So disappointed, to expensive to just say oh well! Just warning others......IT STINKS!

    I received my order and was so excited to try it.
    The smell is overwhelming and not in a nice way. Even if it’s t does something miraculous for my dry skin, I couldn’t imagine putting this all over my body. It does stink! Almost nauseating.

    I just want to understand how to use it..I haven’t even smelled it yet. Why do you bath “after” you apply? Ah..because it smells awful? Won’t bathing put you back to square one?

    I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT.     Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(

    Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

    I’m following your instructions for reporting this company. I learned a ver expensive lesson having purchased from this company. I just donated every item I purchased to the homeless. (And feel guilty cause it’s junk)

    I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

    I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

    Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.

    Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!

    Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.

    Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

    I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.

    I was skeptical at first since they are coming in a box. I bought a monthly subscription for my mom and also for myself ~ So I can see what she is getting first hand. I live in FL, it was 87 today when my order was set to come in. They arrived around noon. Upon opening the box I was completely impressed on how the base of the roses were attached to the box, the flowers themselves were wrapped in paper w/ an additional plastic sleeve and a freshness pack. They also came with flower food. We both got the ‘bicolor pink’, and light pink roses. Absolutely beautiful! I was finally able to use my tall heavy crystal vase! They are truly Long Stem Roses! Much better than the local florist! I will be keeping our monthly subscription! The pics don’t do the bicolor pink justice! When my mom found out she would be getting them every month she was floored! I’m glad I bought a subscription for both of us...you only live once. I would rather buy my mom flowers while she is alive vs after she dies, cause then she won’t be able to enjoy them. Remember...Take time to smell the roses and enjoy the fruits of your labor.❤️

    I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my daughter as her eldest son just left for basic training, her second son graduated high school and leavs for basic training in20. Days. I thought she would love some from all 5 kids for a late mothersday. Ordered themfor may 28. I was excited so i paid for noon delivery. I wouldbe there for graduation the next day so i might get to see her face. No roses onmay 2i, 29, 30, 31i wrote them asking why they were not here. Fonally i get a message ih that order was for june 1st( not as i wouldnt be there to see how happy) it shouldbe there in just a short. That was at 1pm wv time, it is now 6 pm wv time still no flowers.

    I bought as a gift that was suppose to be in a gift bag and wasn’t even the packaging slip said it but NOT included! Chimes are very nice.

    I tried to purchased several hundred of dollars of merchandise from Cananda Vet Express and kept getting these emails saying they urgently needed to talk with me about my order. They verified what I ordered. The 2nd email was to tell me that they were out of a particular product and was I okay if they credited my card and sent the rest. Then they sent me a form email where they wanted a copy of the front and back of the credit card in order to reprocess the new amount. NOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYY. With all the fraud out there!!! They already had the okay for the original amount and were crediting the item not being sent. I GOT ALL KIND OF RED FLAGS FROM THIS REQUEST AND THEM BEING IN CANADA AND SHIPPING FROM THE UK. I had ordered from them before. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!

    Their lights almost blew up my car!

    The lights I got from you could have blown up my car. After paying to have them installed within 1 hour of use they blew out every fuse in my car. I have contacted the company 3 times so far to return and request a recoup of my expenses and still no response. Terrible service and poor product. Purchased the ones they claim were fir my car. Do NOT buy from this company. My lawyer is my next contact. You can send out a review request but not answer customers with issues, more reasons NOT TO BUY from this company, ever!

    I received an email from Hershesons and ordered a hair dryer online. No where did it reference that this hair dryer is NOT compatible with the electrical outlets in the USA.     I am very unhappy w this company. first I order the cream money was taken and didn’t ship for 2 days no updates or nothing. Contacted them and got a rude email. Then got the product used it for a couple of days and it didn’t help my arthritis pain at all.So I email them for a refund and get a email saying they only give refunds on unopen product.How do you know if it works if you don’t open it.I will never do business w them again and will tell others not to.Very disappointed.
