2009 BMW G650GS Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam 9003 LED Kit
2009 BMW G650GS Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam 9003 LED Kit was not compatible with the factory headlight housing as stated. I have tried to return the headlight bulb per their website with only automated responses. The customer service is awful as well as the description of their product fit.
LED bulbs
I ordered a 2 pack of blue led reverse light bulbs for my 69 nova. I received 3 packs of 2 bulbs ea and was billed for them plus they were the wrong bulbs. In trying to return them it was all through email. The email i received back was to send them back and i had to pay shipping plus they charged a 20% return fee. I was expecting to pay approximately $20 for 2 bulbs and ended up paying about that in shipping and return fees. Still no bulbs. So if anyone is looking for led lights i would shop elsewhere.
H13 led kit low/high beam
pigtails wired incorrect. Customer service poor at best . Phone contact ## is just a recording, they do not take calls. Delay in email takes to long to correspond.

High Beam Headlights, low beams, backup
Out of the box One High Beam worked and the other one didn't. They have no phone service where you can talk to a live body about your problem and I sent 2 emails without a reply
LED lights
Do not work for my car and have tried to reach out to return. No replies. Very frustrating. If anybody from company is able to assist please call or email order #LLS-41566

HID Lamps
I needed HID LAMPS for my MB GL550 they offered a coupon. They made it appear I had lamps on the way only to returned to Huntington Beach CA. This is a scam don't purchase from this company. They don't respond to emails or answer calls.

LED 6024 kit
They sent the wrong lights, then gave me an RMA to return them, cost me $25 to ship the kit back. Now they have never issued the refund. I am out over $180!

Head lamp bulbs
I never received my purchase. This company refuses to accept customer service phone calls. They instead demand you email them with your issue(s). I have yet to have any of my emails responded to other than auto email stating they receive it. Extremely poor customer service and delivery for me was non existent. I am a very easy going person and understand things happen. However it is easy to deduce that a company that has zero customer service either just doesn't care about customers or they are just a scam.
Led H11 low beam and fog light
Only one light work. Could not reach company by phone and returned item for refund a month ago very unhappy
LED conversion kit
Easy to install seemed like a great purchase, but low beams were not any brighter than my hollogen bulbs althought the high beams is really bright!
Problem is 1 of my low beam has already blown after just a few weeks and the wire harness was damaged when I got it, I have emailed them only to get No response I am very dissatisfied with this company after spending almost $200. And they claim to back there product up but won't respond to my email, now fortunately I can purchase a replacement bulb from a local auto store but that is not the point in my opinion this is not a good company to order from and take a chance of wasting your money.Edit* NO I WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN
So 5 months after sending my initial email about the failed product mentioned above and then another email sent about 2 weeks ago 03/06/2021 LED LITE STREET has contacted me via email and they are in fact sending a replacement and honoring the warranty! I have received a new order number zero dollars cost to me as long as I send the defective item back to them so I felt that it was just as important to write this POSITIVE review as the negative review prior. So 4 stars out of 5 for service because it took so long but better then the original 1 star!
Their lights almost blew up my car!
The lights I got from you could have blown up my car. After paying to have them installed within 1 hour of use they blew out every fuse in my car. I have contacted the company 3 times so far to return and request a recoup of my expenses and still no response. Terrible service and poor product. Purchased the ones they claim were fir my car. Do NOT buy from this company. My lawyer is my next contact. You can send out a review request but not answer customers with issues, more reasons NOT TO BUY from this company, ever!
tell me how the stars I gave them add up to a 4, they don't even get math right. DO BOT BUY from this company!!!!!!
Hid lights
Only 30 days to return...perhaps they should answer an email faster. Product came quick but half damaged. Now I am supposed to pay for shipping to return before deadline. Hid does not appear to have hi/low function. One bulb works, the other sounds like short circuit. Will update if change.
LED 2007 For 1996 F350
I received my LEDs very quickly through the mail.
I was excited to get these because it said no cutting or drilling simple Plug and Play.
Unfortunately after 4 hours of feeling with the point of my truck even removing the two batteries I was never able to get those LEDs to go into place and stay there.
I didn't receive any instructions with my LEDs and I looked on the internet and could not find any instructions for my type of vehicle and style of LED.
They say the item is returnable with a RMA or something like that, but I doubt the condition these LEDz are in now will be acceptable.
The only way I could see you to make these things work is to cut the bracket that is supposed to hold them in place and the reason I bought these LEDs is because it said I would not have to cut anything.

I have been emailing company with no avail, The light bulb adapter that came with my set up is wrong to big, Company is good at selling but Not at helping, I'm Totally disappointed,,, I called you number listed, Thats a joke, it sends you to customer support, I'M STILL WAITING
