I wasn’t sure at first, then during my morning coffee I noticed how easy my hair fell into place - that’s when I knew. Jessie shaped a bob that works for rushed weekdays and lazy weekends. Friendly, steady hands. I'll go back, though price felt a bit high.
Bob jackpot in Belgravia
Found my go-to bob—finally. Jessie J at the Belgravia place nailed it and was really chill, so glad I took a chance after some rough cuts elsewhere. She’s skilled and friendly, I laughed, chatted, and left happy. Will definitely book again, no doubt — plus the tea was great.
Left holding the wavemaker
I'm stuck with a wavemaker I can't return. I emailed and sent Instagram DMs, zero replies. It didn't do anything for my hair anyway. Would've liked a refund or clear return steps — heads up to others, maybe double-check before buying.
Worth the leap, kinda
I grabbed the little jar first to see if it lives up to the hype — and when the big tub arrived I thought, okay this is actually nice. Then the lid is a pain (seriously, design fail). Still use it daily though, wish that was fixed.

Nice product, annoying jar
I really like the formula, it actually lasts longer than I expected, which surprised me. But the smaller jars and higher prices are annoying. The glass container is awful for travel — I already cracked one. I wish they'd bring back bigger sizes or a travel-friendly plastic option, so I'll still keep buying.
