I cracked it open last weekend—first night I loved the feel, kinda greasy then absorbed. Not perfect (smaller jar, pricier), but it actually works for me
Unexpected couch relief
Right when I collapsed after the move, my sore back relaxed — I didn't expect that. Needed something for post-move pain, and it genuinely surprised me, really nice bonus.
Shrunken jar surprise
Got it last week. Fast delivery, nice. Opened it immediately. Packaging looked tiny though — 30ml? Felt stingy. I asked support; they were vague. Cream still works.

First run convinced me
I used it as soon as it arrived last night, and the minute I ran it through my roots I knew it was worth it — hair sat flat, no spiky bits. A bit pricey and slightly heavy, but it does the job.
Quiet upgrade
Right in the middle of drying I noticed the brush actually smooths my roots — no weird spiky bits and hair feels dense but soft. It's a bit hefty, warm on the handle, but glides through. Would buy again, maybe wait for a sale.
Hot surprise
Not for my hair. It gets scarily hot even on the lowest setting and after a few uses my ends were snapped off, really short. My stylist told me to stop using it. Be careful, test on a spare strand first — I wish I had.

I seriously hesitated before buying this dryer — heat settings sounded risky. At first I liked how fast it dried and the no-frills design, so my doubts eased, then after a couple uses it was scalding even on low and my hair started breaking; stylist told me to quit

I wasn’t sure at first, then during my morning coffee I noticed how easy my hair fell into place - that’s when I knew. Jessie shaped a bob that works for rushed weekdays and lazy weekends. Friendly, steady hands. I'll go back, though price felt a bit high.
Bob jackpot in Belgravia
Found my go-to bob—finally. Jessie J at the Belgravia place nailed it and was really chill, so glad I took a chance after some rough cuts elsewhere. She’s skilled and friendly, I laughed, chatted, and left happy. Will definitely book again, no doubt — plus the tea was great.
Left holding the wavemaker
I'm stuck with a wavemaker I can't return. I emailed and sent Instagram DMs, zero replies. It didn't do anything for my hair anyway. Would've liked a refund or clear return steps — heads up to others, maybe double-check before buying.
Worth the leap, kinda
I grabbed the little jar first to see if it lives up to the hype — and when the big tub arrived I thought, okay this is actually nice. Then the lid is a pain (seriously, design fail). Still use it daily though, wish that was fixed.
Left on the counter
Bought it last month and tried it the first night after a wash — felt solid in the hand, but didn’t do much for my thick, wavy hair. Tried to send emails and an Instagram message to arrange a return, got no reply, so I'm stuck.

Nice product, annoying jar
I really like the formula, it actually lasts longer than I expected, which surprised me. But the smaller jars and higher prices are annoying. The glass container is awful for travel — I already cracked one. I wish they'd bring back bigger sizes or a travel-friendly plastic option, so I'll still keep buying.
Almost walked away
On my last trip I almost ditched this. Sizes got smaller and prices jumped, and I was ready to quit. I needed something travel-friendly after a few broken bottles. But then it survived two flights and did the job. So I'm relieved and grateful, even if the value isn't great anymore.
Almost Didn't Try It
it's lightweight, slightly tacky at first, then smooth, holds frizz down on humid days. I use it for quick touch-ups after gym or dropping kids off. Took a minute to love it.
