    Almost everything cream purchase

    I bought the Almost Everything cream from this store in June for the first time, and I gotta say, the container was completely useless. I couldn't get the product out no matter how much I tried, so I ended up cutting the top off to get to the cream. What a packaging fail! As for the cream, it's just okay - nothing special. I don't get why everyone's raving about it.

    Hershesons hairdryer

    Hershesons really needs to take a look at their delivery service, especially with DPD. My expensive hairdryer, costing me £295, was delivered to the wrong person and now it's just gone. Both Hershesons and DPD haven't been very helpful in trying to fix the problem, and now I'm out of money with no solution in sight. I've been going back and forth with them, only to be told there's nothing else they can do. DPD's sloppy delivery practices are at fault here, but Hershesons really needs to step it up and make sure their delivery process is better for expensive items like mine. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I can't believe I got scammed like that. I paid for next day delivery and ended up waiting for days with no word from customer service. It's like they took my money and just disappeared. How can a company charge for stuff they can't even deliver? It's not right and I won't be making that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

    I recently got a new hairdryer from this company and was really excited for it to come in. But when I finally tried it out, I was a bit disappointed. The hairdryer was unique and lightweight, which I liked. But I had some issues with it. The lowest heat setting was way too hot, so I had to keep switching to the cool shot button to prevent my hair from getting fried. Also, the heat made my hair smoke, and the dryer would randomly shut off while I was using it. Even though I followed the cleaning instructions, the performance just wasn't up to par. And for $295, I expected it to work better.

    I bought a dispenser from this store recently and I'm really unhappy with how it works. I tried several times but couldn't get anything to come out of the container. It's really disappointing and frustrating because I thought it would be a good product. I'm going to tell my friends to avoid this item and look for something else.     Blow dry at Selfridges

    I went to this one store for a blow dry, and man was I disappointed with the staff. They didn't seem too interested or excited to help me out. All they really cared about was getting my card info, instead of making it a nice experience for me. It felt kind of weird to have my card details saved before even getting the service. The blow dry itself was alright, but the whole thing just didn't feel right. I paid a good amount of money and was hoping for some extra TLC. Hershesons, you guys should definitely step up your customer service game - it's not just about the blow dry!

    This product is such a rip-off. I tried shaking it like crazy and pressing the nozzle with all my might, but I only get a sad little spritz of foam that just turns to liquid in no time.     I was super frustrated with my experience at that salon. I bought a hair styling product and tried pumping the container like it said, but nothing happened. I mean, it's hot where I live, so the excuse of it being too cold didn't make sense. I couldn't help but think maybe I was missing some magic trick or something. When I got in touch with customer service for help, their response was just plain unhelpful. Honestly, it was a total letdown.

    Air dry spray with Everything cream

    I saw those air dry spray and Everything cream on TV and thought I'd give them a shot. But man, they were such a letdown. My hair ended up all greasy and feeling like straw after using them, so I had to wash it all over again with my usual shampoo. And to top it off, I keep getting all these annoying sales emails from the company now, so I just blocked them.

    I just want to say, I am absolutely loving the Almost anything Creme that I got from Hershesons. It's really doing wonders for my tricky grey hair, like nothing else I've ever used. But lemme tell you, my experience trying to reach out to their customer service was pretty disappointing. I tried both the Head Office email and the phone number they provided, but no luck. Every time I called, the phone would just cut off after a few rings, and it left me feeling frustrated and unable to get through to anyone. I even signed up for a discount on my next purchase, but I have no clue when my order is coming. Bummer, right? I can't even check my past orders because I forgot my password. And when I tried to reset it, the system asked for the exact password I forgot, creating a really annoying loop. Now I'm totally clueless about my upcoming deliveries, and the fact that customer service hasn't responded has me thinking about canceling everything. I'm hoping someone from Hershesons steps in quick to fix these problems before I have to do something else.

    Low-maintenance haircut for curly, thick hair

    I recently went to get a haircut at a salon that my friend recommended. I have long, curly, and thick hair, so I made sure to tell the stylist that I wanted something low-maintenance that would still look good with my natural curls. Despite showing pictures and clearly stating my preferences, I left feeling really disappointed. The haircut I ended up with is high maintenance, hard to style, and completely changed the texture of my hair, making it lose its natural curl. Now I have to work extra hard to make my hair look good, and it's been affecting my self-confidence, especially at work.

    AEC purchase with pump dispenser issue

    I just bought the AEC, but ran into a problem with the pump dispenser not working right. I emailed customer service, and let me tell you, they were super helpful and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Their suggestions did the trick, and they even sent me a replacement right away without any issues. The way this place takes care of their customers is really top-notch.     I've been going to this salon since 2019, and I've always loved all the services they offer, from nails to hair. I've told so many of my friends about this place because of how great the work is and how professional the staff is. But I recently had a bad experience that really bummed me out. When I had an issue with my appointment, the salon's response was pretty lackluster and didn't feel personal at all. Even though I've been a loyal customer for a while, they didn't handle my request very well. The communication was really lacking, and they didn't seem to care about my concerns or what I needed. The cancellation policy was confusing and not very friendly, which made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer. I expected better service from a salon like this, especially compared to other high-end places in the area. Businesses should really prioritize their relationships with customers and show that they value them.

    I recently bought an e-voucher from the online store, but I ran into some problems with getting it delivered. I reached out to Customer Support three times in 10 days, but I didn't hear back from them at all. It's been some time since I ordered the e-voucher on May 21st, but it still hasn't shown up. I get that deliveries can be delayed, but it was frustrating not hearing anything from Customer Support. When I tried to ask for a refund, the system didn't even recognize my order number. As someone who loves the brand, I was really disappointed with the whole online shopping experience.     Natural curly haircut

    I decided to go get my hair cut to bring out my curls, but it ended up being a total disaster. The stylist was friendly, but the haircut he gave me was just awful. He cut it way too short and hacked away so much that it looks terrible when it dries on its own. I ended up spending $120 on that haircut, and on top of that, they charge you for your coffee. Can you believe that? I definitely won't be going back there, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else, either.

    Zhoosh foaming hair product

    I recently bought the zhoosh foaming hair product and I was really let down by it. When it arrived, everything seemed fine, but when I went to use it, I ran into a problem. Even though I shook the can really well and could hear the ballbearing inside, the product didn't come out as foam. Instead, it turned into a liquid right away once I sprayed it, which didn't work well for styling my hair. I was disappointed and frustrated with how it turned out, especially since I was excited to try it based on the description. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch, and I would be grateful if I could get another one to see if it works better. Overall, this purchase was a waste of money because the product didn't do what I expected it to do.
