Online course purchase
I bought an online course not long ago, but had trouble logging in. I emailed customer service about it and got a robotic message saying they were swamped, and to send another email with more info about the course. Even though I never heard back, days later they told me the problem was fixed, even though I never gave them the details they asked for. Honestly, I feel like I just wasted my money on this whole thing.

Photo book purchase
The flexibility and options for the number of photos on each page were great. I've tried other photobook services before, but Mimeo Photos had more choices. One thing I really liked was being able to show my travel locations on a map with arrows connecting the cities. It would be awesome if they could add that feature in the future. I made my photobook on my iPad, and it was really easy to do.

Amazing furnished apartment
The apartment looked just like it did in the photos, but honestly, even better! It was incredibly modern and beautiful. When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome package waiting for me with tea, coffee, snacks, and other goodies. The location couldn't have been better, being super close to two metro stations. The Blueground team was awesome, so nice and professional - they really deserve a big round of applause. I ended up staying there for almost 2 months and had the absolute best time. I'm definitely going to be telling all my friends about it!

Grocery purchase including meat, yogurt, etc.
As someone who shops at this grocery store regularly, I was really let down by my most recent online order. The meat I got was all wet and leaky with blood, which not only messed up the meat itself but also got on other stuff in the bag, like yogurt. The lack of care and good packing here is just not cool, and it makes me wonder if this spot is really keeping an eye on quality control. I had to toss the meat and then scrub down all my groceries - such a hassle just because of one mistake. Hopefully, they fix this problem fast so it doesn't happen again.

Zhoosh foaming hair product
I recently bought the zhoosh foaming hair product and I was really let down by it. When it arrived, everything seemed fine, but when I went to use it, I ran into a problem. Even though I shook the can really well and could hear the ballbearing inside, the product didn't come out as foam. Instead, it turned into a liquid right away once I sprayed it, which didn't work well for styling my hair. I was disappointed and frustrated with how it turned out, especially since I was excited to try it based on the description. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch, and I would be grateful if I could get another one to see if it works better. Overall, this purchase was a waste of money because the product didn't do what I expected it to do.

I recently bought four tires from this company, but I gotta say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I paid up front and was promised a delivery date, but the tires never showed up. I even sent in pictures to prove my point, but it seemed like nobody cared. The owner insisted the tires were delivered, but guess what? Still no sign of them. I bought some shapewear in a size too small and had to send it back for a refund since it didn't fit right. So then I went ahead and ordered the same thing in a bigger size. But now, I haven't gotten it yet or any updates on my new order. I'm really let down by how there hasn't been any communication about it and how long it's taking for me to get my replacement item.
