Tactical Gear
At first, I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company because I saw some bad reviews. But, man, my experience was awesome! They processed my order super quick and kept me updated every step of the way with the delivery. The customer service folks were really helpful when I had a question. And the packaging was top-notch, everything was wrapped up nice and secure in bubble wrap so nothing got messed up during shipping. They even paid attention to specific instructions, which was really impressive. Overall, the service they provide is top-notch, and I totally recommend them if you're looking for quality stuff. Level 3 special threat plates
I just got the level 3 special threat plates and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with them. They're nice and light, not too bulky, making it easy to line up with my gun. The curve design fits me well, although I wouldn't mind a little more curve up top by the collar. Overall, I think the quality is solid and hopefully I never have to really put them to the test. I checked out some reviews and demos from Gunsandgear and iraqivet8888, which helped me decide. The coating on these plates looks good and they seem well-built. They arrived quickly and the price was a steal for essentially level 4 protection. If you need some reliable body armor, I definitely recommend these plates.

K19 rifle
I recently bought a K19 rifle from your company and paid extra for fast shipping. But when I tracked the package, I found out it wasn't sent out the way I wanted. So, I ended up getting it a week later than I expected. I was pretty annoyed, but I called customer service to ask for a refund on the shipping cost. The person I talked to was really nice, upfront, and fixed everything in just 5 minutes. They admitted it was a mistake on their end and refunded my money right away. Even though the shipping mix-up was a pain, the great customer service made up for it.
Plates
I just got some plates from this company and I was really impressed with how everything turned out. The price was fair and the shipping was fast, which was nice.
