Bohemian-style clothing and accessories
I've gotta say, I've been super impressed with my shopping trip to this store. They've got a great selection of boho-style clothes and accessories that are really top-notch in quality and uniqueness. And the customer service? Absolutely outstanding. The staff is all super helpful and really know their stuff. I found everything I needed and then some, so it was a really great shopping experience overall.
Minikane doll purchase with defects
The package got here pretty quickly, but man was I bummed when I saw the doll had 2 dark spots on its face! It looked like a factory mistake or something. It was a bummer, especially since we spent a good chunk of change on that doll for my daughter's 2nd birthday. If it wasn't for those spots, I would've been a lot happier with my purchase.
Doll purchase
I just bought a doll from this store and was so happy with how fast they shipped it. The doll is really pretty and just like they described it. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and would totally suggest this store to anyone. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again soon.
Vintage dolls
I purchased some vintage dolls from this company, but was extremely disappointed to find that they had been removed from their original boxes, greatly decreasing their value. I reached out to the company to express my concerns, but was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite providing evidence that the dolls should have come in boxes, they refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation. It seems like this company is more interested in making a profit than providing quality products and customer service. Beware of doing business with them.
Overpriced boho clothing
I can't believe how difficult it is to get my whole order filled! I spent a lot of money on some boho clothes and only got half of them. It's been weeks and I still don't know when the other half will arrive. The lack of communication is not okay. I thought a company that focuses on bohemian style and good vibes would do better. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed.
Overpriced beach hat
I got myself a beach hat from this store and man, was I let down. The hat came in lousy quality, the material was so thin that it tore as soon as I took it out of the box. It honestly looked like something you'd pick up at a discount store, definitely not worth the high price of $95.90. To top it off, when I tried calling customer service using their 800 number, no one answered. The only way to return the hat online was to get a gift card, which I didn't want. After sending two emails to Bohemian Mama, I got no reply at all. I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I decided to dispute the charge with PayPal. It's safe to say I won't be shopping at this store again.
R’ddle perfume purchase
I was so excited to find the R’ddle perfume at this store! I had been looking for it everywhere and it was such a pleasant surprise to see it here. Plus, the shipping was super quick and the product showed up in perfect shape. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Wrap was neat, great product selection

Clothing
I just bought some clothes from this store, and the stuff I got was cool, but man, their customer service was terrible. The people working there were so rude and not helpful at all when I asked about sizes and what they had available. It stinks when the product is good, but the service sucks. I suggest going somewhere else for your shopping needs.
Dress purchase
I just bought this really beautiful dress from this store. At first, I was kind of bummed to see that the price listed wasn't right. But the staff got in touch right away to let me know about the mistake and the price change. It happens, but what matters is how it's dealt with. I really liked how open they were about it and how quickly they fixed everything. The customer service was amazing, with the staff being super polite, attentive, and helpful. They answered all my questions and fixed up my order in no time. All in all, I had a great shopping experience and I'm really happy with what I got.
