Review about: Pit Barrel Cooker
Damaged shipment
I was pretty bummed when my pit barrel smoker showed up all messed up. It wasn't super messed up, but it was still annoying to get something like that. I got in touch with the company to let them know, and they right away offered to send me a new one without charging me extra. At first, I said no to the replacement, but they totally surprised me by giving me some free stuff to make up for it. Even though it wasn't great getting a damaged product at first, I gotta give props to the company for their awesome customer service. Of course, I would have liked to get a perfect product from the start, but their quick response and effort to make things right really impressed me. All in all, I'd say their products are worth checking out based on the way they treated me.
