My Redbox DVD rental
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how terrible the service was! I went to the Redbox closest to me to get my DVD rental, but they sent me to another one without telling me first. And when I called customer service for assistance, nobody picked up! I mean, come on, how can they help me if they don't even answer the phone?! This was the worst experience ever, and I'm definitely not using this service again.

I've been shopping on this website a lot, and so far, I've had a good experience. The products are good quality and they've got some trendy styles. One thing I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy is to check the size chart and know your measurements beforehand. The clothes are just as described, and they're consistently good. One thing I wish they had is pictures of the back of the clothes, so you can see the whole design. It would also be great if they offered bigger sizes for tops to accommodate more customers. But in general, I've been happy with what I've bought and I like all the different styles they have.
