Boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company and I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how everything went down. The process of ordering was super easy, no stress at all, and I could quickly choose the boots I wanted and checkout in no time. The service was amazing, they answered all my questions quickly and professionally. The price of the boots was really fair for the quality I got. When the boots came in, they were all wrapped up nicely and in great condition, except for a little bump on the box, I guess that's the courier's fault. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I totally recommend this company to anyone in need of awesome footwear.

The Tower of London is so cool, man. It's, like, this awesome historical spot with a huge fortress and some killer architecture. I mean, the Crown Jewels are insane, and all the stories about famous prisoners really had us hooked. We were totally into the history vibe as we checked out all the different towers and walls. Oh, and you gotta take a tour with the Yeoman Warders - they really know how to tell a story and throw in some funny jokes. If you're a history buff in London, you have to hit up the Tower of London to get a taste of Britain's super interesting past.

I gotta tell ya, the service I got from this company was amazing. I ordered something one day and it showed up at my door the very next day, how convenient is that? Shoes
I just bought some shoes online and man, what a letdown. The website said I'd get them in 3 days, but they never came. So I hit up customer service and they were no help at all. They wouldn't give me a refund and just blamed Royal Mail for the missing package. But Royal Mail swears they never got it. The customer service crew seemed clueless, couldn't even answer simple questions, and had a bunch of spelling mistakes in their responses. It was just a mess, so I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
DM's at great price
Oh my gosh! I'm so excited that I came across these really awesome DM's for such a great price! And the delivery was seriously super fast, too! Tower London, you're officially my favorite shoe store now!
Chelsea boots didn't fit
I got these boots that didn't fit, so I had to send them back. The Tower folks were super cool and hooked me up with a return label. I got my cash back, so it's all good. Then, I scored another pair of boots that fit like a glove. So pumped!
Sandals in wrong size
I got these rad sandals, but they ended up being the wrong size, so I had to swap them out for the right one. Thankfully, the whole exchange went super quick and was a breeze, plus the folks there were really kind about it.
New sneakers
My new sneakers are amazing! I found them on this website and they were way cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery was super quick and everything went smoothly. I will definitely be shopping here again for more cool stuff in the future.
Shoes, two-day delivery
The shoes I got were really good quality and the price was great, can't complain about that. But the two-day delivery I paid extra for ended up taking five days, which is totally not okay. I even tried to reach out to the store through their website like they say you can, but I never heard back. Overall, pretty disappointing service.
DM sandals, best price, new customer discount
These sandals were such a great deal! They weren't only the cheapest I could find, but I also got a cool new customer discount on top of that. Plus, the delivery was super quick, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Refuses to accept any credit cards as payment, keeps saying try another form of payment. I am not using anything but a credit card that will protect me from fraud.
