Gift vouchers for son
I've been buying gift vouchers for my son from this store for some time now, and I have to say I'm always impressed with how quickly they arrive. My son really enjoys the clothes from this store, so giving him these vouchers is always a big win. It's super convenient to order them online, especially since I'm a busy parent. The prices are fair for the quality of the clothing he gets. And when it comes to delivery, the store has always been reliable and fast. Coat purchased online
OMG, you guys, I just had the most amazing customer service experience at this store and on their website! So, I go to the store looking for a coat, but they don't have my size. I hop online and see that the Bude store has one in stock. I give the customer service team a ring just to double-check, and they call me right back to tell me they've got the coat and even set it aside for me. When I swing by to pick it up, they already had it all bagged up and waiting for me with my name on it! I've seriously never had service that good. Huge thank you to them!
Purchased a wetsuit for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer
I just got a wetsuit for my daughter, who's a competitive swimmer. The ordering part was easy, and my order came fast. The wetsuit was packed nicely, but it ended up being too small for my daughter. I reached out to customer service to start a return, and it was surprisingly easy and stress-free. The company did a great job keeping me updated throughout the whole process, which I really liked. I would definitely think about shopping with them again down the line.
Pink slippers
I absolutely love the pink slippers I bought from this store! They are so adorable and comfy, just what I was looking for. I was a little unsure about when they would be ready for me to pick up, but after shooting them a quick email, everything got figured out. They have a great variety of slippers to choose from, so I had a tough time deciding on just one pair. Overall, I'm super satisfied with my buy and will definitely be returning for more cute items!

I just have to say, my experience at Anns Cottage was amazing. The staff there really knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me find the perfect piece of clothing. Even though the item didn't fit quite right, getting a refund was quick and easy. The team at Anns Cottage really knows how to take care of their customers. Overpriced and low quality item
I bought something not too long ago that ended up being way overpriced. When I tried to send it back, the cost of postage ate into my refund, so I basically lost money on a really crappy product. Such a rip-off for what I paid.
Quality selection, impressive delivery
I had a really great time shopping at this store for the first time. They had a wide variety of clothes and surfing gear to choose from, and everything was really high quality. I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed at all. But what really blew me away was how fast they delivered my order - I got it the very next day! It was awesome. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping trip and definitely plan on coming back for more stuff.

I just bought some clothes and accessories online and the website was easy to use with lots of options. But I wasn't a fan of the email they sent reminding me about items in my cart. I went to this store in Falmouth over Christmas break and picked up a jacket, sweatshirt, and another top. The clothes were really nice, so I kind of wanted to keep shopping, but I had to hold off. Once I got back to Hampshire, I went online and grabbed another top. The delivery was so fast, which was awesome. I'm really looking forward to going back to that store again!

I just bought a wetsuit from this shop and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. It got here faster than I thought it would, and I was really impressed by how well it fit and the quality. Dr Martens size 6.5 boots
I was so excited to finally find the right size online because it's hard to find half sizes in stores! I ordered it late at night and it was shipped out the next day with Tracked Mail. My boots came really quickly and were wrapped up nicely. The customer service was amazing and even though I'm not local, I would definitely buy from them online again.

I got these water shoes that finally arrived and man, they are so comfy! They've got this big zipper that seems like it'll hold up well and be easy to use at the beach. The DawnStalkers over in Penarth suggested them, and they swim in the sea all the time!
