Clothing item
I just have to say, my experience at Anns Cottage was amazing. The staff there really knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me find the perfect piece of clothing. Even though the item didn't fit quite right, getting a refund was quick and easy. The team at Anns Cottage really knows how to take care of their customers. You can tell they care about making sure everyone has a great shopping experience.
Overpriced and low quality item
I bought something not too long ago that ended up being way overpriced. When I tried to send it back, the cost of postage ate into my refund, so I basically lost money on a really crappy product. Such a rip-off for what I paid.
Surfing t-shirt
I just got this really awesome surfing t-shirt from here and it fits perfectly! The quality is so good, I would definitely suggest this store to all my surfing buddies.
Dr Martens size 6.5 boots
I was so excited to finally find the right size online because it's hard to find half sizes in stores! I ordered it late at night and it was shipped out the next day with Tracked Mail. My boots came really quickly and were wrapped up nicely. The customer service was amazing and even though I'm not local, I would definitely buy from them online again.
Purchased a wetsuit for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer
I just got a wetsuit for my daughter, who's a competitive swimmer. The ordering part was easy, and my order came fast. The wetsuit was packed nicely, but it ended up being too small for my daughter. Quality selection, impressive delivery
I had a really great time shopping at this store for the first time. They had a wide variety of clothes and surfing gear to choose from, and everything was really high quality. I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed at all. But what really blew me away was how fast they delivered my order - I got it the very next day! It was awesome. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping trip and definitely plan on coming back for more stuff.

I just bought some clothes and accessories online and the website was easy to use with lots of options. But I wasn't a fan of the email they sent reminding me about items in my cart. I got these water shoes that finally arrived and man, they are so comfy! They've got this big zipper that seems like it'll hold up well and be easy to use at the beach. The DawnStalkers over in Penarth suggested them, and they swim in the sea all the time!

I got this rad wetsuit recently and let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch! I snagged one in person at the store, then ordered another online and the staff was just as great. They knew their stuff and helped me pick out two suits to test out sizes. Returning one was a breeze, no hassle at all, and I got my cash back quick. Such a good shopping experience!

I went to this store in Falmouth over Christmas break and picked up a jacket, sweatshirt, and another top. The clothes were really nice, so I kind of wanted to keep shopping, but I had to hold off. Once I got back to Hampshire, I went online and grabbed another top. The delivery was so fast, which was awesome. I'm really looking forward to going back to that store again!
Coat purchased online
OMG, you guys, I just had the most amazing customer service experience at this store and on their website! So, I go to the store looking for a coat, but they don't have my size. I hop online and see that the Bude store has one in stock. I give the customer service team a ring just to double-check, and they call me right back to tell me they've got the coat and even set it aside for me. When I swing by to pick it up, they already had it all bagged up and waiting for me with my name on it! I've seriously never had service that good. Huge thank you to them!
