I got these water shoes that finally arrived and man, they are so comfy! They've got this big zipper that seems like it'll hold up well and be easy to use at the beach. The DawnStalkers over in Penarth suggested them, and they swim in the sea all the time!
Dickies T-shirt purchase
I really like this website, they have awesome customer service! My order came super fast and the Dickies T-shirt fits just right and feels really nice. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Wetsuit purchase
I got this rad wetsuit recently and let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch! I snagged one in person at the store, then ordered another online and the staff was just as great. They knew their stuff and helped me pick out two suits to test out sizes. Returning one was a breeze, no hassle at all, and I got my cash back quick. Such a good shopping experience!
Jacket, sweat top, and another top
I went to this store in Falmouth over Christmas break and picked up a jacket, sweatshirt, and another top. The clothes were really nice, so I kind of wanted to keep shopping, but I had to hold off. Once I got back to Hampshire, I went online and grabbed another top. The delivery was so fast, which was awesome. I'm really looking forward to going back to that store again!
Coat purchased online
OMG, you guys, I just had the most amazing customer service experience at this store and on their website! So, I go to the store looking for a coat, but they don't have my size. I hop online and see that the Bude store has one in stock. I give the customer service team a ring just to double-check, and they call me right back to tell me they've got the coat and even set it aside for me. When I swing by to pick it up, they already had it all bagged up and waiting for me with my name on it! I've seriously never had service that good. Huge thank you to them!

Anns Cottage is a family-run business retailing surf and lifestyle products worldwide. The company was started in 1978 by renting and selling surf products to surfers in Polzeath Beach. The company has grown to provide surf equipment and fashion products you can use in the streets. Rob Harris is the owner and manager and has seen the company continue opening stores and expanding. In 2003 he opened a second store in Wadebridge, while 2006 saw the third store opened. Between 2007 and 2010, Anns Cottage launched its website and opened more stores. During their 40th birthday, Anns Cottage celebrated having 14 stores and is still growing.

Anns Cottage provides clients with surfing and fashion products.
