Cooler not received
I'm really upset with how this company handled my order. I spent $400 on a cooler that I never received. I tried reaching out on social media and through customer support, but all I got were generic responses saying to just keep waiting. I even asked to cancel my order, but it was like they didn't even read my request because they ignored it completely. The only thing they were quick to do was charge my card. It feels like they're all about social media hype and influencer marketing, but when it comes to taking care of customers, they drop the ball. This whole experience was a waste of time and money.
Three eras ordered, pre-paid, not received
I had a super disappointing experience like a lot of other people on here. I bought THREE items for over $100 back in early December, and I still haven't gotten them. They already took my money since it was pre-paid, but I have nothing to show for it. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through email multiple times, but I haven't heard back at all. I know they operate on a pre-order system, but it's not cool to keep customers in the dark about their orders. If there are going to be delays, they should let us know instead of leaving us hanging. It's annoying to keep having to check in with no response. It's pretty obvious that this company doesn't really care about making customers happy.
Era mugs
I bought four Era mugs, planning to keep one for me and give the rest as gifts. But, my mug came with a broken straw that took over a month to get a replacement. One of the mugs I gave to my mom broke while she was washing it because a plastic piece inside came loose. Even though I filed a warranty claim a month ago, I still haven't heard back. In general, I wouldn't suggest these mugs because of the bad quality and the lack of customer service.
Rotera water bottle gift
I received this water bottle as a gift and it turned out to be the worst. The straw kept getting stuck and it leaked all over the place, definitely a design flaw. I tried to contact customer support twice, but they completely ignored me. I even sent them videos and still no response. It's really disappointing!
Drinkware accessories
I just bought some drinkware items like tumblers, wine glasses, and can coolers from an online store. At first, my order was late which was annoying. But when I contacted customer service, they told me one item was out of stock. They fixed the problem quickly and even threw in a free gift to make up for the delay. I'm grateful for the honesty and quick action they took to solve the problem. The stuff I got was great quality and just like they said on the website.
Tumblers and coolers
Brumate's products are really great, but man, they need to work on their delivery process! I've gotten stuff in messed up boxes and containers multiple times. But hey, at least their customer service is on top of things and always sends replacements for any damage. There were a few times when my packages straight up disappeared, but the customer service team didn't waste any time sending out new orders. Despite the hiccups, I'll keep going back to Brumate because their products are awesome and their customer service is top-notch.
Tumbler purchase
I got this really awesome tumbler cup back in January and I couldn't wait to receive it! But man, the shipping was a disaster. It took way too long to finally arrive, and they used some strange shipping company that made it take even longer. On top of all that, they charged me extra for insurance I didn't ask for, and I'm still waiting to get my money back. It's so frustrating!
No order received
I'm so upset about my experience with this company. It's been over six months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but haven't gotten any response. Not having a phone number to call makes the situation even more frustrating. I feel like I've been ripped off out of $80. I had such high expectations because of all the good reviews, but now I just feel disappointed and annoyed.
Late Shipping
I ordered from this company back in November because I was hoping to receive my item in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the item didn't end up shipping until December, so I had to sit down with my daughter and explain why her gift was going to be late. When I finally got in touch with customer service, they didn't do anything to try and make things right. Overall, it was just a really disappointing and frustrating experience for me.
Black Friday promo discount
I went to this store during Black Friday because they had a promotion where you could get an extra 10% off if you signed up for text notifications. I signed up, but didn't end up getting the discount. When I contacted them about it, they said the texts were just to make sure I didn't miss any deals. I thought this was misleading and dishonest, so people should be careful before shopping there.
Cold cups purchase
Oh my goodness, these cups are amazing!! They seriously keep your drinks cold for such a long time, I mean, it's crazy. My buddy left his beer in one for like two hours and it was still icy cold, he couldn't believe it. I've been giving these out as gifts to everyone because they're just that good. Trust me, once you try one of these cups, you'll never want to go back to using anything else!
water bottle for school
I bought this water bottle from this place for my granddaughter's school and the lid was broken. I sent them pictures and they were really nice about it, they sent me a new lid. My granddaughter is happy now and we're gonna keep buying from them because they're the best! It's awesome that they stand behind their product. Thank you!
Water bottle cap purchase
This company's service is absolutely terrible. I have never dealt with customer service this bad before. It took nearly a month for my order to show up, and then one of the caps didn't work after just a day. I've been trying to get a new cap for over 6 weeks now, and I still haven't gotten a working one. They take forever to reply to emails, sometimes making me wait days or even weeks. It's so annoying not being able to contact them any other way.
Era tumbler
I bought the Era tumbler not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with how things went down. I had been waiting patiently for my order to arrive, only to find that when it finally did, the base was peeling off and scratched up. When I got in touch with their customer service about the issue, they didn't even offer to send me a new tumbler. Can you believe they actually suggested I fix it myself with superglue? Come on now, that's just not right. And then, to make matters worse, they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the return postage. I was really disappointed because I trusted that they cared more about their brand.
Lots of cups
These cups are awesome. They're super sturdy with rubber bottoms, and the lids are nice and smooth when you drink from them. Sometimes the lids get stuck, but once you get the hang of it, you can unstick them easily. The only downside is that the lids wear out pretty quickly, and it's a pain to find replacements. It's frustrating because they're always out of stock on the website, and it's even worse if you're not in the USA. It feels like they want you to buy a whole new cup every time the lid breaks, which is really annoying. It's a shame because the cups themselves are such great quality and could last forever if it wasn't for the lid issue.
Various BrüMate products
I've been shopping with this company for a while now and I gotta say, I'm a big fan of their stuff. I've got a bunch of their insulated tumblers and coolers, and I've even given some as gifts to my loved ones. Every time I feel like I've got all the BrüMate gear I need, they drop a new color or design that I just have to have. The quality is amazing and their products really keep my drinks at the perfect temperature for hours.
Leakproof beverage container
I recently bought this awesome leakproof drink container from this brand, and let me tell you, I am super impressed by how well it works. The leakproof feature really makes it stand out from the competition, making it perfect for people who want something reliable and long-lasting. Plus, the design on the container is top-notch and doesn't peel off like other brands, which I love. But, I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the customer service from this brand. Every time I tried to reach out for help via email or chat, I couldn't get a real person to talk to and they weren't very helpful. It was a big disappointment, especially considering how great their product is.
No-leak mug gift
The customer service at this place is amazing! I had a problem with a broken lid and a missed shipment, but they responded to my emails quickly and even sent me a whole new mug to make up for it. The mug was actually a Christmas gift from my son, and I was really impressed with how nice and functional it was. My daughter told my son about this place because of their awesome customer service, and I'm really happy she did. All in all, I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back as a customer.

Slim brumate
I have had my brumate koozie for about a year. It doesn't seem to keep my beer as cold as it did when I first received it. Any suggestions?
