Water bottle cap purchase
This company's service is absolutely terrible. I have never dealt with customer service this bad before. It took nearly a month for my order to show up, and then one of the caps didn't work after just a day. I've been trying to get a new cap for over 6 weeks now, and I still haven't gotten a working one. They take forever to reply to emails, sometimes making me wait days or even weeks. It's so annoying not being able to contact them any other way.

Casual clothing for a good price
Oh my gosh! The clothes are super cute and affordable! Some of them are really good quality, but oh man, a few items had this weird smell, almost like bug spray? I tried washing them, but the stench wouldn't go away, had to take them to the dry cleaners to fix them up. And then there were like one or two outfits that were too small, probably gonna have to swap them out for a larger size. But overall, most of the stuff was good to go as soon as I got it!

I sent three packages to Europe with IOSS, and when they were delivered, VAT was charged on all of them. Dealing with customer service has been frustrating because they just keep giving me the same scripted replies. UPS told me that ShipStation was inputting data incorrectly, but ShipStation hasn't given me any helpful answers yet.

At first, I was a little unsure about buying something from TVC MALL because of some bad reviews I saw. But I decided to give it a shot, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The price I got for the product was the cheapest I could find online, and the shipping was super quick. The actual product was even better than I expected, and I've already told a friend about it. Oh, and I accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery, but the customer service folks were quick to fix it and make sure my order got to the right place. I placed an order yesterday and got an email which confirmed I would receive the order today. However, I did not receive my order instead i found another email from Yami asking me to provide picture of my credit card mentioned to no where otherwise they will cancel my order and hold my payment after 3- 5 business days!
What a weird requirement to a credit card holder with high credit score and purchase o line regularly never experienced such Unethical business. Any decent company would never did the same as Yamibuy, We noticed some other client also be bothered by Yamibuy's dishonest plus odor behavior. Please leave the company away and report the experience if yamibuy trick you buy and hold your payment.
