Cool clothes
Man, I found some really cool clothes at this store, but their customer service is terrible! They went and switched up their policy without giving anybody a heads up, so now there's a handling fee for returns. I asked if they could combine my orders to save on shipping, especially with the new policy, but they wouldn't budge. I've been shopping there for like 20 years, but I'm done with them now. It's just so shady!

Online order frustration
Last summer, I ordered a bunch of stuff online, but it got stuck in shipping for weeks. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but they never fixed the problem. Finally, I asked for a refund, which they said they would give, but I still haven't gotten my money back. After waiting months and showing proof of what happened, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's already January and I'm still waiting for that refund. My suggestion is to avoid this company to avoid all the stress and hassle.

Phone installation delay
Working with this company to get a phone set up has been a complete nightmare. It's been a whole month since I started the process and I'm still waiting for everything to be done. I've had three appointments booked already, but two of them were no-shows. When the installer finally did show up once, they couldn't even get the service installed. Even though I've been asking them to contact me on my cell phone, they keep texting and calling my landlord while he's at work on Wall Street. This is causing a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. It's really frustrating to have to wait six weeks just to get a phone up and running.

Casual clothing for a good price
Oh my gosh! The clothes are super cute and affordable! Some of them are really good quality, but oh man, a few items had this weird smell, almost like bug spray? I tried washing them, but the stench wouldn't go away, had to take them to the dry cleaners to fix them up. And then there were like one or two outfits that were too small, probably gonna have to swap them out for a larger size. But overall, most of the stuff was good to go as soon as I got it!

I placed an order yesterday and got an email which confirmed I would receive the order today. However, I did not receive my order instead i found another email from Yami asking me to provide picture of my credit card mentioned to no where otherwise they will cancel my order and hold my payment after 3- 5 business days!
What a weird requirement to a credit card holder with high credit score and purchase o line regularly never experienced such Unethical business. Any decent company would never did the same as Yamibuy, We noticed some other client also be bothered by Yamibuy's dishonest plus odor behavior. Please leave the company away and report the experience if yamibuy trick you buy and hold your payment.

This pint glass is really cool and the etching I requested is perfectly straight and sized well enough to be seen! It is sturdy glass - well made. And the bullet is just WOW! It is the neatest thing that I have ever seen LoL and my husband loves it!! It was a birthday gift for him and he used it right off!

King size Ooler Sleep System
We purchased a King Size Ooler Sleep System less than a year ago which comes with 2 cooling units. Within 2 months one of the units started making a loud rattling noise, like there was a lose part inside. Shortly after we found that the other unit had been leaking water from the bottom (out of one of the screws) and damaged our wood floor. Sending back these units was costly and the wait time took over 3-weeks. I am writing this review because now one of the units is making a loud noise again. My fear is that these machines are not well made and will continue to need repair after the 1-year warranty expires.
