Golf ball retriever
I ordered this golf ball retriever thinking it would be 21 feet long, but it turned out to be less than 18 feet! I was really disappointed because I was excited to use it to grab my balls from far away. I tried to talk to them about it, asked for a refund while still keeping the shorter retriever, but they weren't having it. They wouldn't even tell me how much I'd get back if I returned it!

Used golf club
I just bought a used golf club online and it was a total disaster. They canceled my order out of the blue, claiming I had the wrong billing address even though I know for a fact I entered it right. I tried reaching out to customer service several times and all they did was promise me a refund that never came through. Their lack of communication and follow-up is so frustrating, it's honestly unacceptable. I just want to warn others about this sketchy website.

I recently bought some golf clubs from 3balls Golf and man, was I impressed with the stuff they had on their website. It was super easy to use and I found exactly what I wanted in no time. Oh my goodness, you guys, I snagged a set of pre-owned irons off this site and they were seriously in pristine condition! Hey man, just a heads up - steer clear of that free shipping deal for orders over $199. I snagged a great deal on some clubs, but ended up getting hit with a whopping $72.80 import tax bill from FedEx. Definitely not cool. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying from there.

I'm a customer at 3balls Golf and recently I bought a used wedge from their website. Golf driver in "excellent condition"
I recently got this golf club from 3balls Golf and it was supposed to be in "excellent condition." When it came, I was bummed to see scratches and marks that weren't mentioned in the description. I contacted customer service and they kinda brushed me off, saying the scratches were still "excellent condition." I even sent them photos showing the damage, but they didn't really do anything about it. It was frustrating to not be taken seriously and to see the club not match what was on the website. I was let down by this experience and expected more from a well-known online golf store.
