I had really hoped to have a good experience with Island Supplements, but unfortunately, I ran into a bunch of issues with my orders. Twice I had big problems that made me decide not to buy from them again. The first time, my package never got sent out because it got messed up either by the post office or the company. They did send me a replacement, but it took a whole week to get here even though I paid for 3-day delivery. The second time was even worse - their website let me order something that they didn't actually have in stock. Then, on the day my package was supposed to arrive, I got a notice from the postal service saying I needed to pay an extra $1.20 for postage. I paid it, but then found out one of the items I ordered was missing. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered me store credit as a fix, which was pretty disappointing given everything that had happened. All in all, my experiences were not good at all, so I'll be searching for a more reliable supplement provider going forward.

I recently bought an eye shadow palette from BEAUTY BAY and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with how it showed up. The big paper envelope it came in was all torn up and looked like it had been through a lot. The palette box inside was totally squished and the packaging was messed up. I've always had good experiences with BEAUTY BAY in the past, so this was a letdown. I had to spend some time cleaning up the messed-up packaging, but luckily the eye shadow palette itself was okay. It got me thinking, maybe the palette got taken out of its original box because it was damaged before getting stuffed into the envelope that ended up in bad shape. All in all, I was not too happy with how my purchase arrived.

Unhappy customer
This company talks a big game about being generous and giving you a trial period, but it's all just a bunch of lies. Don't be fooled by their fancy front. Let me tell you, the mattress I bought was supposed to be super soft and cozy for folks who sleep on their side, but the truth is, it was as hard as a rock and gave me the worst back pain. Dealing with their return process was a total nightmare, they blamed Covid-19 for delays and even tried to talk me into keeping the mattress for a partial refund. I had to handle the return all by myself, which shows they don't own up to any mistakes or care about customers at all. To top it off, they tried to keep my negative review from seeing the light of day on their site, which says a lot about their shady business practices. My advice? Steer clear of this company at all costs.
