Visio Software
I recently bought Visio Software from this company, and I had some trouble getting it on my computer. But let me tell you, the customer service from their guy Finn O was top-notch. Finn was so professional, knew his stuff, and was really patient sorting out my software problems. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing to fix things, and that meant a lot to me. And when there was a glitch with authorizing the software, Finn had it covered. I gotta say, Finn went above and beyond with his customer service, way beyond what I expected. I really wish more companies had tech support like him. Despite the initial hiccups with the software, Finn really made me feel like a valued customer and I'm so thankful for his help.
Office Professional 2013 download
I had a really great experience at the software store recently. Tyler, the customer service rep, went above and beyond to help me out when I was having trouble downloading Office Professional 2013 on my computer. He was super kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process, which you don't see often these days. I really appreciate all the hard work he put in, even though we couldn't get the software fully downloaded on my PC. I hope the higher-ups recognize Tyler for his outstanding customer service and dedication to making sure customers are happy. Mychoice.com had the best deal for MS Office 2021. Their pricing was way better than other stores I checked out. The activation key for my MS Office 2019 gave me an error saying it had been used too many times. But Greg from customer service helped me out right away. He was super helpful and quick in finding a fix.

I just got Home and Student 2016 and I was pretty happy to see that it worked well with all my saved documents. I was bummed at first to learn that some software is now on a subscription basis, but this purchase gave me a good affordable option. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought.
