Windows 11 Pro purchase
I recently got a desktop that was supposed to have Windows 11 Pro, but it only had Windows 10 Pro. I discovered that I needed to purchase an activation key for Windows 11 Pro from this website and install it on my own. Office package order cancellation
I ordered an office package recently, but turns out it's back-ordered. When I realized that Microsoft didn't cancel my order, I reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and helped me cancel my order and get a refund, though I'll have to wait 5 to 10 business days.
