    Faulty humidifier purchased

    I bought a humidifier from this company for my house, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed. I filled up the tank, turned it on, and water started leaking out everywhere because of a faulty valve. I was so frustrated that I contacted customer service right away to try to fix the problem. They sent me a FedEx label, but then things went downhill. I dropped off the package at a FedEx place, and according to the tracking info, it made it to a facility near the warehouse but then just vanished. When I called customer service, they said they didn't have any record of getting the return and wouldn't send me a replacement. They even said it could take 4 weeks to process the return, which is just not okay. They blamed FedEx for the problem, but they didn't want to admit to their own mistakes. It's pretty obvious they care more about making excuses than actually helping their customers. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Trip to Jordan

    I booked a trip to Jordan with this company and I have to say, I was pretty let down by their lack of communication and customer service. The ongoing conflict in the region made me nervous, so I reached out multiple times to talk about my options and worries, but I never got a response. Finally, when I did hear from them, it was just to confirm that they canceled my trip and to tell me I'd only get a small refund because of the timing. I tried to get in touch with them way before the 20-day cancellation policy, but they seemed to be dodging me on purpose. It's frustrating to only get back a portion of what I paid for the trip. I feel like they tricked me and ripped me off. I won't be using their services again and I'd tell others to be careful with them too.

    Floral print dress

    I bought a floral print dress from this company not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The dress just didn't measure up to what I was hoping for, especially considering how much I shelled out for it. The fabric felt like it came from the bargain bin, and to top it off, the stitching was all wonky in a few spots.     I've been a customer of this online health company for a while now, and I've got to say, I'm always impressed with their special brands and products. They've got a huge variety of vitamins and supplements, and their shipping is super quick and dependable. I love that they throw in those free coolpaks with probiotics to keep everything fresh during delivery. And the loyalty rewards program is a nice little extra that keeps me coming back for more.
