the repair itself seemed to be completed as described, and the initial customer portal worked fine. But the delivery handling and the claim management were poor. It left a bad taste. My advice: if you’re worried about leaving it to transport, consider a local repair. It’s not perfect, but at least you can hold someone accountable.
A small badge, a huge mess
the box on the gate, clear as day. I live rural — not a city porch where someone walks by every five minutes — so I made a point to leave explicit instructions to put it on my front deck. I even logged into UPS and asked them to place it there. The picture they sent contradicts that.
I called UPS straight away and asked them to pick it up or move it to the deck; they issued an incident number but I never got a follow-up. A week later my daughter came home and the jacket was gone. I rang UPS, they said contact the sender. I rang Canada Goose, they said they’d file a claim with UPS. Then nothing. For two weeks it became this circus of me being bounced back and forth — UPS says contact Canada Goose, Canada Goose says contact UPS. I lost count, but it was repeatedly the same loop — six times, if you want the number. The last time I spoke with Canada Goose they told me “the case is closed.”
So now I’m out a $900+ jacket that I trusted with the warranty process. I can’t honestly say whether the repair was any good (never saw it), and that is kind of the point: it never made it back. Emotionally, it’s just frustrating — not angry in a shouty way, but fed up with two big companies shrugging. If you value the coat a lot and can afford the risk, fine. Me? I’d skip the long-distance warranty route and pay a local seamstress next time. Cheaper, and at least you know where the jacket is.My $950 coat stitching unraveled after 1 month
I got this really nice coat, but after only a month, one of the arms started coming apart at the stitching. I tried to get it fixed under the lifetime warranty, but it took them FOREVER to get back to me (they had said it would only be 6-8 weeks) and then they just sent the coat back without any repairs! I'm really bummed out and definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Trade-in transaction
I just had a great experience with customer service and online chat while trading in something. The whole process was quick and simple, even better than I thought it would be. The reps knew their stuff and were super helpful, making everything go really smoothly. I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but I was really impressed with how well I was taken care of.
Warm coat, good for layering
This coat is really warm and comfortable. I like that I can wear it alone or layer it with a sweater. It's not too bulky, so it doesn't restrict my movement. I recommend going a size down from your normal size because it runs large.
Dissatisfying product quality
I bought something recently and I was super let down by it. The color faded after only one time wearing it, which is just not okay, especially for how much it cost. I won't be buying anything from this brand again for sure, the whole thing was a big letdown and just not what I was hoping for.
Coat from the store in Banff
I really enjoyed my time at the Banff store way more than the one at Chinook mall in Calgary. The person helping me out in Banff was super helpful and gave me straight-up advice on which coat would be best for me. On the flip side, the Chinook mall store was a total letdown with employees who didn't really seem to care about helping anyone. I was this close to giving up on the brand altogether, but thankfully my partner talked me into giving the Banff store another shot.
HyBridge Weyburn Hoodie purchase
I recently bought a HyBridge Weyburn Hoodie jacket and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. The stitching on the jacket wasn't great, and after wearing it just a few times, I noticed a bunch of design flaws. I expected better quality from a brand like Canada Goose. When I reached out to customer service, they offered me a small compensation that didn't make up for the jacket's issues. I decided to give them another shot and ordered the same jacket again, but the second one was even worse. The stitching was still bad, and fur was coming out everywhere. Canada Goose's response wasn't much better, they only offered a slightly higher compensation and kind of brushed off the problems. As a customer, I'm really disappointed in their lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. It's sad to see a brand with such a strong reputation fall short on quality. Overall, my experience with Canada Goose has left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I'll buy from them again.
Navy blue parka less than a year ago
I bought this navy blue parka less than a year ago, and I'm not happy with the quality of the material. The color has already faded under the arms, which is disappointing because my other jackets haven't had this problem. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty, but they said it's natural for the color to fade. There are white dots where the blue has completely disappeared, which really stands out from how the jacket looked originally. I wish I could show you pictures of the jacket to really get across how bad it is. I thought the design and quality were good at first, but now I'm just feeling let down and unsatisfied.
Winter Coat
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I've bought a bunch of coats from them in the past. But I gotta say, my most recent purchase was a letdown. The fur trim on the coat I got this time wasn't as nice as the ones on my old coats, even though it cost me more. Turns out they started using fake fur instead of real fur, which I'm not too happy about. Bottom line, the quality of the coat just didn't cut it for me, especially for what I shelled out.
Winter coats
This place is awesome! I found the perfect winter coat here and it keeps me so warm. They have a ton of styles to pick from, so there's something for everybody. My coat came really quickly and it's great quality. My family also loves their coats, we all stay nice and toasty in the cold. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Rossclair Parka and Berkley Coat
The jackets I bought are really warm and comfortable. They even come with a nice box, wooden hanger, and bag cover! The Rossclair Parka kept me warm during a winter trip to DC, and the Berkley Coat is great for everyday use.
durable, comfortable winter parka
I absolutely love the winter parka I bought! It's super durable and comfy. It's seriously been a life-saver during this freezing winter, keeping me warm without needing to wear tons of heavy clothes on top. The quality of the materials is really top-notch, and I know it's gonna last me a long time.
Bought a warm winter coat
Wow, this coat is seriously the best! It's been a lifesaver in this freezing South Dakota winter. The quality is top-notch and definitely worth the price. I ended up getting a few more jackets for different types of weather, and they've all been fantastic.
Warm winter jacket
I recently bought this really cozy winter jacket that was good quality, but a little expensive. It came in a fancy box and everything, but I feel like you're mostly paying for the brand name rather than the jacket itself. It's not terrible, just not worth the high price tag in my opinion. If you're into designer labels, then it might be worth it for you.
Awesome hats
I got this really cool hat from here and it came super quick! The folks there were so nice and the hat is seriously top-notch. And on top of all that, the delivery was speedy too. Thanks a bunch, you guys!
Excellent customer service, superior product quality, lifetime warranty, comfortable and warm
I was so happy with how awesome the customer service was when I bought something recently. The folks there really knew their stuff and helped me out a ton, which made the whole process super easy. The thing I got was way better in person than online, so I was really pumped about that. Plus, having a lifetime warranty is a big relief and makes me feel good about my purchase. Even though it was a bit pricey, I think it's worth it since it's a quality product that will last a long time. And can we talk about how comfy and warm this jacket is? Two pairs of waterproof shoes
I bought these two pairs of waterproof shoes that are really stylish, but they're not the most comfortable for hiking. They're a bit heavy and slick in the rain. They were pretty expensive, but I guess you're paying for the brand. I don't think I'll purchase them again, but at least I feel cool wearing them.
High-quality products, prompt delivery, well-packaged, in-stock
The stuff they sell here is really top quality. Every time it shows up right on schedule and packaged up real nice. The designs are awesome, I've bought a bunch of things for myself and my family and they all love what they got. The one thing I wish they'd change up is the logo - it'd be great if they had more choices without it because what really counts for us is the quality.
