So, I gave this company a ring and I gotta say, Tyler V. was seriously impressive! It was like he could read my mind - knew exactly who I was, what my problem was, and bam, he fixed it all up in one go. Didn't have to keep calling back for more help. Basically, he's like a phone hero or something.

Car rental experience
I rented a car recently and my experience was kinda mixed. The app was not that easy to use, and it was a bit confusing trying to figure out how to end my reservation. But the checklist at the end was pretty useful - it would have been better if they gave that to me at the beginning, though. Also, the picture scans weren't very clear and didn't always look like the examples they showed.

Car rental experience in Houston
My time with the car rental place in Houston was pretty bad. The shuttle took forever to show up, the car was beat up and reeked of something illegal, and checking in was a pain and took way too long. When I tried to bring the car back, they charged my credit card for stuff I didn't okay, and they couldn't fix it.
