As an older person, I really liked the great customer service from the tech guy at this company. He was patient and friendly, and he made sure to explain everything without rushing me. It really helped me feel less worried about using the software. I definitely suggest this company for their awesome customer service.

Pricing discrepancy issue
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I saw a price advertised for a product that was way lower than it should have been. I decided to buy three units at that price, but then two days later, I got a message saying the product was sold out. They said it was from a third-party seller and they couldn't control the inventory, but I think that was misleading and unprofessional.
