Eternity wedding ring, resized by Sabrina
I went on this website and I didn't know much about it. But I saw this really cool eternity wedding ring that I just had to have for my ear - I mean, who wouldn't want one, right? So, I got it and then I realized it was too big for my finger. But then this amazing girl named Sabrina helped me get it resized so now it fits perfectly! When the package came, I was so surprised because it arrived super fast with DHL delivery, like, 2 days earlier than expected! The ring itself is amazing quality and I just love it so much. So, overall, I'd give it a 10 out of 10!
Engagement ring purchase
My experience with this company was just the worst. I saw this fake 5-star review on Trustpilot and that got me curious, so I did some digging. Turns out, there are tons of real negative reviews calling out the company for being shady. They're not just posting fake ratings, they're also lying about where their stuff comes from - saying it's US-made when it's really from China. The customer service is pretty much non-existent, and they won't give you a refund for returns. They even keep a big chunk of your money and the shipping costs. And on top of all that, their jewelry is low quality and uses nickel, which can give folks allergic reactions. Bottom line, messing with this company was a huge mistake that I totally regret. Stay far away!

The website banner here is so misleading. It tricks you with the promise of free express shipping for a Christmas sale, but don't fall for it - your order won't arrive by Christmas. And on top of that, if you cancel an order that hasn't even been shipped, they charge you a big 30% fee. Tricks like this really make me not want to shop here anymore.

Oh my goodness, it was such a disappointment at She Said! Their customer service was just ridiculous, honestly! They actually tried to make me pay for returns that were clearly their fault. And to top it off, their ring sizer was completely off! First, they claimed I didn't even order one, then suggested I go buy something from Amazon to adjust the ring size. Can you believe that? It was just a mess all around, shaking my head.

I recently bought a ring from that store and it was a nightmare. The ring caused my finger to swell up so badly that I had to rush to the hospital just to get it cut off. I gave them a bunch of details, even sent a pic of my swollen finger, and let them know the ring was being tested to see if I was allergic to it. But the whole time they kept questioning if it was the right size, which felt kinda like they were blaming me. Even after dealing with all the stress, calls, and emails, all they did was offer me a lousy 20% off my next purchase. It was so frustrating and left me super unhappy with their service.
