Oh my goodness, it was such a disappointment at She Said! Their customer service was just ridiculous, honestly! They actually tried to make me pay for returns that were clearly their fault. And to top it off, their ring sizer was completely off! First, they claimed I didn't even order one, then suggested I go buy something from Amazon to adjust the ring size. Can you believe that? It was just a mess all around, shaking my head.

I reached out to Customer Service because I needed help finding my account and they were really nice and helpful. Christy assisted me right away and even gave me a great solution to prevent any issues in the future. She was amazing!
Ring purchase
I recently bought a ring from that store and it was a nightmare. The ring caused my finger to swell up so badly that I had to rush to the hospital just to get it cut off. I gave them a bunch of details, even sent a pic of my swollen finger, and let them know the ring was being tested to see if I was allergic to it. But the whole time they kept questioning if it was the right size, which felt kinda like they were blaming me. Even after dealing with all the stress, calls, and emails, all they did was offer me a lousy 20% off my next purchase. It was so frustrating and left me super unhappy with their service.

I had a wonderful experience with the Service Team at She Said. I had a question about getting a ring in a bigger size than usual, and they were super helpful and gave me all the info I needed to place the order. My groom placed the order, and the ring came in about 2-3 weeks. Today, I got the ring and it is just gorgeous. I am really happy with the customer service and communication during the whole thing, and I will definitely be ordering from She Said again in the future.

I gotta tell you, the customer service at this place is absolutely amazing. So I messed up my delivery, but instead of making me feel stupid, they did everything in their power to make things right. Yeah, it was a little pricey, but that was my fault. They even went above and beyond to find other options to help me out. The attention and follow-up I got about my purchase was just outstanding.
