I was so thrilled when I got my package - felt like royalty! The care and detail in the packaging was just amazing. The wedding ring I ordered was absolutely gorgeous, exactly how I envisioned it. I had a wonderful experience with the Service Team at She Said. I had a question about getting a ring in a bigger size than usual, and they were super helpful and gave me all the info I needed to place the order. My groom placed the order, and the ring came in about 2-3 weeks. Today, I got the ring and it is just gorgeous. I am really happy with the customer service and communication during the whole thing, and I will definitely be ordering from She Said again in the future.

I gotta tell you, the customer service at this place is absolutely amazing. So I messed up my delivery, but instead of making me feel stupid, they did everything in their power to make things right. Yeah, it was a little pricey, but that was my fault. They even went above and beyond to find other options to help me out. The attention and follow-up I got about my purchase was just outstanding.
