An overpriced gadget
This product seems like it's just trying to make money under the guise of being a health device. The app keeps asking for more and more personal information just to set it up. Trying to return it is a total nightmare - they make you go through all these hoops, answering questions and providing the serial number, even though they already have it. Then it has to go through multiple steps for approval before you finally get a refund, but minus the shipping costs. And just when you think it's over, you keep getting marketing emails even after the return and refund, making it seem like they just want your data and money.

I just got myself a health insurance plan and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. The person helping me out was super knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to walk me through all the different plans, making sure to see how they stacked up against what I already had. They really listened to what I needed and gave me all the info I needed to make a good choice. I gotta say, I'm really happy with the service I got.

I treated myself to this really nice, oversized luxury shirt, but when it finally came, it was just stuffed in a flimsy plastic bag like it was no big deal. I mean, c'mon, for the price I paid I was hoping for a little something extra, like some tissue paper and maybe a personal touch to make it feel special. Farfetch, you gotta do better than this!

I just got this new phone plan and man, it has been a total letdown. The service is always crummy, which means I can't even load photos or watch videos on this thing. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they were totally useless. No matter what I tried, nothing got fixed. And get this, when I asked for a refund, they straight up said no and charged even more to my card. What a pain! I would not suggest this to anyone after my frustrating experience.

3/30/20 Fruity Salt Nicotine E-Juice
Due to COVID I decided to go with the FedEx 2 Day delivery because I had a feeling standard shipping would be delayed. Cost me $11.99 for the extra shipping. Nothing wrong with it right? Wrong. Placed order on Sunday. Expecting delivery on Tuesday. Still no word via email/text come Tuesday. I call several times. Some weird 'google voice' #. That had me wondering if this company was even legit. I mean, who uses google voice? So no response to calls. So i send an email and submit a ticket on their online portal. They respond a few hours later thankfully. And this is what they tell me...Their policy is 3 to 5 business days to PROCESS an order which does not relate to the shipping method. In other words, it takes their slow asses 3 to 5 business days to receive an order, flip it into an invoice, process payment, fulfill the order, pull from inventory, prep for shipping, and then ship? Are you serious? That can be done in 1 day. Actually in a couple of hours! And to top it off, I paid for expedited shipping which is called a RUSH ORDER. Have they never heard of it? If not, then why give customers the option to select expedited shipping? Makes me wonder if I had paid the $27.99 for overnight delivery would it really have been overnight? Or would it be overnight AFTER the 3 to 5 business days to process the order lol.
Later they tell me they will change my shipping to 1 day delivery. I asked for a refund multiple times. Not for my order itself. I still wanted the product. But for my shipping fees. Obviously they cannot meet it so what's fair is fair right? Nope! Still no refund. Then they said it will still take time to process. So basically they have no idea when it will be shipped out. So REFUND my shipping fees! simple. Nope again. Now I get an email stating my item is prepping for shipment via USPS.....yes you read it...USPS aka snail mail. Why? I PAID, yes PAID (funds withdrawn on Sunday) for FEDEX 2 DAY DELIVERY. Not USPS. So where did my shipment fees go? They just pocket it?
Funny thing is that I'm a first time customer lol. Great way to make a first impression guys. Awesome job! Keep up the great work lol. You guys didn't even try to make it right with your customer. Didn't lift a finger. Didn't listen to my multiple requests for a refund. Then decide to mail it via the shipping method I didn't even pay for. So basically you said 'Screw you'. Awesome. I feel so appreciated spending my hard earned cash with you guys. I would just go to a vape shop but due to COVID I'm left dealing with crooks like these guys. So lesson of the story everyone? SHOP ELSEWHERE! and if you DO decide to go with these guys, do NOT pay for expedited shipping because they won't ship it out that way regardless. This led me to do a quick Google search for a local shop that had my vape pods in stock. Ecig-city did so I purchased it along with some nic salt juices on March 31, 2020. At checkout, I was charged immediately after choosing the USPS First Class Shipping option. I waited several days after and thought it was odd that there were no shipping updates or tracking number provided whatsoever when usually stores ship out the products within the next business day or two. I waited a couple days more and still nothing. That's when I called their physical store and was prompted by a gentleman that stated their physical store and online store were seperate entities. He provided me the online store phone number which I found had pretty odd operating hours (5am-1pm). On April 2, 2020, I contacted them via e-mail regarding my order and they said it would be shipping out shortly so I patiently leave it at that. 5 days later, it's April 7, 2020, and I still haven't heard anything regarding shipping updates to my order. When I check the status of the order, it simply says "Your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email and text when your order is ready".
How does it take a company this long to process your order when you're LOCAL to them and know business is slow because of COVID-19? Heck, they should be lucky they even have customers during this time. I specifically ordered from these guys thinking that my order would arrive in a timely manner since they're LOCAL. USPS First Class Shipping should not take more than 3-5 business days, so I got skeptical of these guys and did a quick Google search only to find out shady things about this company. Do a search for "ECig-City 4 Complaints" or "ECig-City Scam" and you will find customer complaints similar to mine where customers order but never receives their products in the mail. It is now April 8, 2020 and I still haven't received my products in the mail. I called their online store numerous times during business hours only to be greeted by Google Voice asking me to state my name. After doing so, the phone then rings all the way to voicemail. I have no idea how these guys are still in operation after all these complaints dating back to more than 5 years ago.
