Very helpful services covering almost all the major and most preferred choices of common customers This is not true Auto loan interest is low rather very similar to the some other leading services I have already availed Auto Loan from CCU I am grateful to this company who took me out from a hanging position I w as facing that time

My deposit at the credit union
I went to the credit union with my birthday money to open a savings account because I heard they have awesome benefits like no minimum balance or fees. The lady who helped me was so nice and explained everything really well. She even gave me a high five when I finished signing all the paperwork. I'm super excited to start saving up for something special!
Closed account due to terrible customer service
I decided to close my account because their customer service was just so terrible. I attempted to use their app and it was honestly the worst - definitely not easy to use at all. On top of that, they added a negative mark to my credit report on the "ChexSystems" without even giving me a heads-up. How is that even fair? Now I'm unable to open any new accounts because of it. It's just a mess all around.
Difficulty accessing funds
I recently had a really frustrating experience with this credit union. They blocked my checking account and debit card a few times without any explanation, so I couldn't access my money. It was really annoying because I had to go to a Co-Op branch for three hours just to get my own funds due to a mistake in their system. The staff at the branch weren't helpful at all and didn't fix the problem quickly, which made me even more mad. Their customer service is just terrible - they'll say anything to end the call, and the chat reps on the app don't seem to know what they're doing either. I don't get how a bank can struggle so much with basic account access. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them at all. 0/10 from me.
Credit card issue
I had a problem with my credit card at the credit union recently. It was a real headache trying to sort it out. I got a message about potential fraud back in November, and even though they cancelled my card, I still got charged for the fraudulent transaction. The merchant refunded the charge, but the credit union kept trying to get the money from me. They were all over the place in how they handled it, which was pretty disappointing. I had to make a bunch of calls before I finally got a call back, but the explanation I got didn't even make sense, it didn't add up with how accounting works. Long story short, the problem didn't get fixed in a way that left me satisfied. Because of all this, I'm going to check out other credit unions that might offer better services and perks.
Account opening process
I just went through the process of opening an account and man, it was a total drag. It seriously took forever, like over two weeks, for them to finally accept my account. Super annoying, right? I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they had no real answers or solutions for me. Total bummer.

I recently switched to a new credit union and it's been a total letdown. The customer service is awful and I've had a really bad time overall. I'm already thinking about going back to my old bank because of all the trouble. There are plenty of other options with better rates and service out there.
Overdraft fees
I went to this place and they told me they wouldn't charge me extra for overdraft fees, but then they did anyway and wouldn't even give me a reason why! It's totally not cool, super shady. I called customer service and they weren't helpful at all. I'm moving my account out of there as soon as possible.
Loans for boat, trailer, and Chrysler Pacifica
Man, let me tell you about my experience with CCU. I got two loans from them for a boat, trailer, and a Chrysler Pacifica, and it's been a total nightmare. So many issues over the last couple of years. Like, when I sold the boat and trailer, the new owner's bank had to reorder the titles because CCU couldn't get their act together. Then, I moved to ND and tried to register my Pacifica, but CCU left me hanging by not responding to the DOT verification, so I had no plates. I had to get a second temporary plate and made multiple calls to CCU, but couldn't get anything sorted out.
When I decided to pay off the Pacifica and cut ties with CCU, they told me they didn't have the title even though they were the lien holders. ND DOT wouldn't accept their letter as proof of ownership, so now I'm without a vehicle because CCU lost the title. They said they'd call me back, but surprise, surprise, they never did. Now I'm stuck with no solution in sight. I've moved all my money out of CCU and I'm closing all my accounts with them. Their customer service is a joke, and they never follow through on what they say. Take my advice and steer clear of them!Payment issue
I had this annoying situation where the company charged me twice for a payment. I had to call them a bunch of times to get my money back. Banking experience
My experience with this credit union has been awful. They took a big chunk of money from my account that I really needed for medical bills, and then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I felt like I was going crazy having to keep calling them to double-check transactions and handle their lies. Their behavior was sneaky and just added more stress to my plate. I'm not going to keep giving my business to them after how they treated me.
