I had a great time shopping with this company. They kept me updated on my deliveries and the chat option was super handy for any questions I had. Returning items that didn't work out was a breeze, which made it easy to get the right size. I did notice that sizes varied between bras, but exchanging for a better fit was simple. In general, I think this company is reliable and customer-focused.

Keyboard and Gaming Mouse
I recently bought a keyboard and gaming mouse from Genius Shop and they are seriously awesome. The keyboard has a really nice clicky feel and the RGB lighting looks amazing. The gaming mouse is super responsive and comfortable to hold during marathon gaming sessions. I definitely think anyone wanting to level up their setup should check out these products.

Credit card issue
I had a problem with my credit card at the credit union recently. It was a real headache trying to sort it out. I got a message about potential fraud back in November, and even though they cancelled my card, I still got charged for the fraudulent transaction. The merchant refunded the charge, but the credit union kept trying to get the money from me. They were all over the place in how they handled it, which was pretty disappointing. I had to make a bunch of calls before I finally got a call back, but the explanation I got didn't even make sense, it didn't add up with how accounting works. Long story short, the problem didn't get fixed in a way that left me satisfied. Because of all this, I'm going to check out other credit unions that might offer better services and perks.

Laptop security software
I got this laptop security software from Absolute not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. The installation was a pain, with all these confusing steps and directions. And once it was on my laptop, it seemed like it was dragging down the performance big time. I was getting annoyed trying to do simple things. Plus, the user interface was a mess - so hard to find my way around and change any settings. I was hoping for better from a company that's supposed to be all about keeping my data safe.

Man, I just gotta tell you about my call to customer service. It was a total nightmare. I was on hold forever, seriously felt like an eternity, just to end up talking to this rude and unhelpful lady named Brianna. It's a bummer because I really like their products, but after that awful encounter, I'm definitely shopping somewhere else.

Stay at hotel
My stay at the hotel wasn't as nice as I was expecting. When I checked in, I was bummed to see that my room had a connecting door to other guests, making it noisy and not very cozy. I was hoping for more privacy and would have been happier if I had known or been able to pick a different room. The room itself was just okay, didn't have much to offer in terms of nice extras, and the shower head looked rusty, which isn't great for anyone worried about cleanliness.

I ordered these shoes, but they never arrived at my house! I was really frustrated because the mailman claimed he handed them to my mom, but she swears she never received them. I've sent multiple emails to the store, but they never respond. It's like they vanished into thin air! All I want is either my shoes or a refund. This whole situation is so aggravating!

Camera replacement delay
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really bummed about the super long wait for a replacement camera I need. Like, I reached out for help over a month ago and gave all the info needed, and they said they'd send a new camera my way. But despite hitting them up multiple times, I'm still waiting. It's been annoying and kinda sad, and now I'm thinking about checking out other security systems.

GPS tracker for vehicle
The GPS tracker I bought for my car was really worth it. I did have a tough time setting it up though. I had trouble getting it to work with my phone at first because it wasn't compatible. Luckily, when I called customer service, they helped me out and I finally got it working. It was a little strange that I had to use a different device to set it up with my main phone, but it all worked out in the end. Despite the initial struggle, I'm happy now that my car is safe with this tracker.

They left my wife stranded and wouldnt rebook her shuttle after weather delayed her flight one day. They also would refund. Stay away!
