kids' lunch box
I've always been a fan of kids' lunch boxes, so I decided to get a new one from the same brand. Unfortunately, this time I was let down. Even though it claimed to be super tough, it fell apart after just one drop. I thought it would hold up better, especially since it's for kids and all. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful. They just said it was my fault for dropping it and didn't offer to do anything about it. In the end, I was pretty disappointed with both the product and the company's customer service.

Credit card issue
I had a problem with my credit card at the credit union recently. It was a real headache trying to sort it out. I got a message about potential fraud back in November, and even though they cancelled my card, I still got charged for the fraudulent transaction. The merchant refunded the charge, but the credit union kept trying to get the money from me. They were all over the place in how they handled it, which was pretty disappointing. I had to make a bunch of calls before I finally got a call back, but the explanation I got didn't even make sense, it didn't add up with how accounting works. Long story short, the problem didn't get fixed in a way that left me satisfied. Because of all this, I'm going to check out other credit unions that might offer better services and perks.

Man, I just gotta tell you about my call to customer service. It was a total nightmare. I was on hold forever, seriously felt like an eternity, just to end up talking to this rude and unhelpful lady named Brianna. It's a bummer because I really like their products, but after that awful encounter, I'm definitely shopping somewhere else.

Camera replacement delay
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really bummed about the super long wait for a replacement camera I need. Like, I reached out for help over a month ago and gave all the info needed, and they said they'd send a new camera my way. But despite hitting them up multiple times, I'm still waiting. It's been annoying and kinda sad, and now I'm thinking about checking out other security systems.

GPS tracker for vehicle
The GPS tracker I bought for my car was really worth it. I did have a tough time setting it up though. I had trouble getting it to work with my phone at first because it wasn't compatible. Luckily, when I called customer service, they helped me out and I finally got it working. It was a little strange that I had to use a different device to set it up with my main phone, but it all worked out in the end. Despite the initial struggle, I'm happy now that my car is safe with this tracker.

Great scooter! Cruise control is wonderful. Battery seems to last a very long time between charges. Comfortable ride. Well-designed. Bought 2. Well worth the money!

They left my wife stranded and wouldnt rebook her shuttle after weather delayed her flight one day. They also would refund. Stay away!
