    Man, I just gotta tell you about my call to customer service. It was a total nightmare. I was on hold forever, seriously felt like an eternity, just to end up talking to this rude and unhelpful lady named Brianna. It's a bummer because I really like their products, but after that awful encounter, I'm definitely shopping somewhere else.

    My experience with ordering from Lenox was really disappointing. I placed my order and waited way longer than they said it would take to ship. I tried reaching out to customer service via email, but got no response. Then I tried to chat with them on their website during their supposed hours, but no one was there. Finally, after many tries, I spoke to someone who said my order would take even longer to ship. They promised me a 20% discount for the delay, but then said I'd have to contact them again to get it. This lack of responsibility and customer service is just not right. And when I asked for an email confirming the discount, they said they couldn't do it and ended the chat. This whole experience with Lenox has been a pain and not worth it. I'd suggest looking somewhere else for home decor stuff.

    Christmas shopping purchases

    I bought some Christmas presents back in November for our family celebration. When I realized there was a problem with part of my order, I reached out to customer service. They explained that the items had to be personalized so I needed to be patient, but I was really hoping to get them sooner. Then the whole credit card situation got messy, so I had to place a new order in January, but that didn't work out either. In the end, I decided to just cancel my order and shop at a different store instead. It was disappointing because I really loved the items from that store.

    I received 5 Christmas presents on November 29th, 2022, but only 3 arrived really fast. When I tried calling, I had to wait forever - there were like 16 people ahead of me. So, I requested a call back but never got one after my call on December 15th, 2022. I even tried messaging them on their chat, but all I received was a robot message saying they would get back to me - and they never did! It's disappointing when a company you've been purchasing from for years disappoints you like that.

    Fine China Set Purchase

    I recently splurged on a new fancy china set to add to my collection. I dropped $3000 on a bunch of stuff and then got a notice that my order got axed. Apparently, they're picky about who they sell to and said they can cancel orders whenever they feel like it. When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, they gave me the same runaround about needing approval for orders. It was super annoying and now I'd tell other folks to be careful about buying from this store.

    I bought a set of glassware from this company recently, and it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess to navigate, especially when I tried to enter my US address as a Canadian customer. Their chat support was never available, and when I called, I either got no response or was told I'd get a call back that never happened. It felt like they didn't want any customers, especially Canadian ones. The customer service was terrible, which made the whole thing super frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
