    I went to the store to grab some souvenirs and it was a nightmare. I put my wallet down on the counter for just a sec, and one of the workers swiped it. They wouldn't admit to taking it and wouldn't do anything to help me out. After what felt like forever, I finally got a chance to chat with the manager, but he couldn't check the security footage.     Oh my goodness, I got this super cool Prada bag from this store and it was amazing! The shopping experience was so great, and my bag arrived super quickly. I ordered it and, like, 2 days later it was right at my door! But then, I had to pay some extra cash for it because of some import stuff.     I bought a bunch of clothes from this company for more than $300 recently, but honestly, it's been a huge letdown. I got a confirmation email for my order and then the company merged with ASOS without even telling me. I only found out about it on February 3rd through an email. I tried to check where my stuff was, but the website was down. And when I tried to return something, the link they gave me didn't work either. It just felt really unorganized and unprofessional. I'm disappointed with how they handled everything and wish they were more transparent and had better customer service.

    I bought some running shoes from your store recently, and it's been a bit of a mess. First, my order got sent to the wrong place and then apparently sent back. When I reached out to customer service to fix things and get my money back, it was a mess. The person I talked to didn't really know what was going on and said they couldn't give me a refund until they got the package back. Then, out of nowhere, the stuff showed up at my door two days later and just added to the confusion. I tried to send back one of the items, but the return center said I couldn't because of an earlier return mix-up. I asked for a manual return and label, but they messed that up too by sending me an email without the label attached. The whole process has been a pain and seriously hard to get my money back for stuff I don't want. It seems like the company is purposely making it tough for customers to return things and get refunds.
