Do not use this company! I ordered a Mother's Day gift and paid extra for it to arrive on Friday. It ended up getting delayed until Monday. How can you mess up Mother's Day like that? I recently placed an order for groceries through this service, and even though the items were good quality, I was really frustrated with the delivery process. They told me my order would be delivered between noon and 3pm, but at noon the app still said they were getting it ready to ship. I started thinking there might be a delay, so I had to cancel my evening plans and just hang out waiting for the delivery. To make things worse, by 4pm my order hadn't shown up, and the app said it wouldn't come until between 7pm and 10pm. It felt like the old days of waiting for a UPS delivery driver to show up at the door for a signature.

The flowers my son got for Mother's Day were really disappointing. A bunch of them were already dead when they showed up, so I had to chuck them. Dealing with customer service was such a pain.
