    Purchased two items on February 20th

    I ordered two things from this company back on February 20th, and it's April 11th now and still haven't gotten either of them. I've reached out to them several times through phone calls and emails asking about my order, but haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating that they've had my money for this long and I still don't have what I paid for. Can you imagine giving your money to a company like that?

    Rush delivery for a Utilian 722 vaporizer

    I just got a Utilian 722 vaporizer and paid extra for fast shipping, really excited for it to come. But then USPS said it was delivered to my mailbox. However, when I checked, there was nothing in there, even though my mailbox was locked. So, I tried getting help from customer service, but couldn't reach anyone and got stuck in a voicemail system. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet. If they don't fix this soon, I'll have to ask my bank for a refund. Vaporizer Chief's lack of communication and problem-solving has left me super frustrated and still itching to try out my new vaporizer.

    First unit replacement

    I had to get a replacement for my first unit because the whip bulb was cracked. Thankfully, Pedro D. was super fast in helping me out and replaced the whole unit immediately. The TOP-vaper VP100 units are really doing the job well, especially for the price. I'm happy with the quality of the vaporizers and blown away by how awesome the customer service was from Vaporizer Chief. All in all, I definitely suggest checking out this company.

    Quick Dry Herb Vaporizer

    I bought a quick dry herb vaporizer from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I didn't get my order as quickly as I expected, and when I tried to talk to customer service about what was going on, I got no response at all. It's super annoying to fork over your cash and end up with nothing to show for it. I felt like I was getting scammed, and I definitely won't be giving them any more of my business.

    I recently bought a Boundless Vaporizer from this company, and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They took my money, never shipped the product, and have been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch. I even reached out to their partner company, Route, but they were no help at all. I made sure to let Route know not to do business with them again. After trying and failing multiple times to contact Vaporizer Chief, I had to take the next step and file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, they'll start paying attention when someone else steps in. This company is a scam, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your vaporizer needs.

    Dealing with Vaporizer Chief during their 60% off sale was a complete nightmare. I placed an order on February 21, got charged, and haven't heard a peep from them since. They haven't responded to any of my messages, emails, or voicemails. It feels like a total scam. Other reviews I've read say they have a history of doing this - ignoring customers and not delivering orders. Their website is still active, but there is no communication at all. I'd steer clear if you don't want to get taken advantage of.

    I got a new vape that my local spot suggested and I'm loving it! The delivery was crazy fast and the prices were great. I took some time to read through the instructions and watched a YouTube video to make sure I set it up right.     This company's customer service is terrible. I honestly felt like I was getting ripped off as soon as I bought something. Their toll-free number is useless, all it does is send you to voicemail after voicemail with no response. I've left so many messages about my order and haven't heard anything back.     I bought something for about $500 a month ago, but I haven't heard anything about it since then. I've tried calling and emailing them several times, but I haven't gotten a response. It's really frustrating and worrying that they're not communicating with me. Their website said they ship quickly, but I haven't heard anything from them. I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my credit card because of this.
