I got a refurbished unit from this company, but it didn't work well right from the start. Still, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They sent me a replacement real fast, and it works like a charm. They even sent me a label to return the faulty one. Thanks to Waterdrop, I now have clean water to enjoy.

Comfortable sofa in a box
I was actually really surprised by how nice the sofa was when it arrived in the box. Ordering it was simple, customer service was super helpful, and the delivery was quick. I recently bought something from their online store and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed out by the service I got. I placed the order before the holidays, expecting it to be shipped out the next day. But nope, a whole week went by and no sign of my product. When I reached out to customer service for help, they basically shrugged and offered no real solutions. I felt like they weren't taking me seriously at all, and it was beyond frustrating to be stuck with no answers. So, I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because nobody should have to deal with this kind of mess in the future.

I got this really cool shirt from there, but it seriously took forever to even get to me. The folks working there were pretty nice, but dang, those prices were a little steep for my liking. But when that shirt finally showed up, it was awesome and fit just right. So yeah, it was an alright experience overall.

Scratchy bras and annoying boy shorts
I bought some bras and boy shorts here thinking they'd be comfortable, but they ended up being so scratchy and irritating. I spent over 70 bucks on a bra, cut off the tag, and then noticed that the strap was chafing my chest due to a rough sewn edge. Ouch! Plus, the clasp in the front stopped securing after wearing it just once. The lace boy shorts were a mess as well - they constantly rode up and were extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even return them without paying a restocking fee, so it seems like I just threw my money away.

I bought a collapsible food container from this company recently and, to be honest, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The lid clasp stopped working properly after just a couple of uses, making the container useless. I tried reaching out to customer service through their website chat box, giving them my email and question, and they promised to respond in "a few minutes." But after waiting for over an hour and checking in several times, I never got a response. Their lack of prompt and helpful customer service left me pretty dissatisfied as a first-time customer. It seems like this brand needs to work on both their product quality and their service team because now I just wasted money on something that's going in the trash. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this brand since dealing with bad quality and poor customer service just isn't worth the hassle.
